He shared his thoughts on how the Intuit values can be applied to our day-to-day work. He touched upon the concept of “Reverse Mentoring” where senior leaders learn from the NGNers. Also, Vijay shared his journey line. Key Learnings shared by Vijay: 1. It is okay to not know the answers even if you are a leader 2. It is okay to ask for help. 3. Humility is not a weakness.
