1 .. My first and most significant experience within AIESEC was the first conference I attended.
An experience that until this day I still including in the applicants interview speech.
Seeing so many young people who thoughts like me, the panelists who had dreams that had
come true, Entrepreneurs of only 22 years!
I wondered what I been doing all this time, and I rethink my way of working and acting.
2 .. The second seminar I organized entirely marked VPTM experience. It was the moment when
I realized that I was doing something that was impacting people positively. We received
beautiful comments of the attendees and even from the FACIs, we achieved a great union
between them, and after much work we have a big family, who love and care for the
committee.
3 .. Finally, all these feedback sessions teach and hurt, but I think that's another part that has
struck me much, I've learned that everyone has their own paradigms, dreams, frustrations,
different needs and ways of thinning and that diversity makes us a greater team.

The greatest experience I've had has been in Talent Management, since June 2013 I have
been participating in different roles.
Now this year my area of expertise has become TM, but even though I've only been in one
area, I learned a lot from all the others.
Being TM who is responsible for a part of the recruitment process and I have learned profiles
that take into exchange programs, in addition to knowing most of the functions performed in
each area as I have been managing the recruitment and selection of profiles for all these.
The biggest challenge for me has been working as a team in general I was not used because I
have always been very independent.
At the beginning of our term as EB we had many differences in our way of thinking and
working, especially with our LCP. It was a very difficult challenge to overcome, but we worked
together on ways to improve communication between all. Based on nights of strong words, but
in the end we got a good job and a great team that trusts and supports each others.
All the free time as I have been doing it, I try to manage all my time to have a good balance. I
already finish school and I actually work in my father’s enterprise so that give me the freedom
to choose how I administrate my time.
They described me as a warrior i guess, I’m the One That have a better way to do things,
always there, on guard, ready for action.
The one that will demand a better job, because I always believe that people have more to
give.
(Maybe as a pain in the ass, haha but at the end, they learn, and grow, and that’s a beautiful
thing to see).
PERSONAL STRENGTHS How this will make you a better Leader?
Warrior I never give up! This make me a good leader because
the first person to believe and work has to be the team
leader.
Creativity Creativity is not just to make a paint, is for taking all the
elements to make better things and ways to do things.
Strategic thinker I love strategy! I like to see all as a puzzle where you have
to move all the pieces to fit in the right position so they
gave you the great result with just one action.
I’m a fan of the “one way, two propose” phrase.

WEAKNESSES
What are you doing to overcome these
weaknesses?
Time I have a lot of responsibilities aside from been LCP. I’m
administrating my life and work so everything can fit into
it. The advantage is that I decide how I use my time, so is
just to administrate well.
Bad temper I usually react badly to some situations that are out of my
control. I always make planning, and when is about
people I try to think twice before answering, and also I
read about emotional intelligence and always rethink my
actions to make it better the next time.
Balance I need to balance my personal life with work. I’m pretty
used to work a lot and sometimes I don’t leave time for
my personal care, so I will make propose to make some
exercise and read some nice book or take a vacation.
B. BASED ON THE ABOVE SWOT ANALYSIS:
What are the main priorities for your LC overall?
One of the main actions is still recruiting for DY, our capacity isn’t the right number and isn’t the
best profiles yet; here is important to educate the existing profiles and a best recruiting process.
We have to make a culture of sales; I’m preparing a curse of sales imparted by an Alumnus
that can make big changes for all the guys.
Focus and segmentation is important too because we’re trying to catch them all, and I guess
that’s why we’re losing some big ones.

What will be the greatest challenges for your LC in the next year? What actions
would you propose to overcome these challenges?
I guess the first challenge I’ll be the transition, is hard to teach one year of your life and a lot of
LC history in months, but I’m thankful because we have almost all the pipeline so we can have
more preparation.
I’ll try to change the focus of our Xs areas because I think we are doing some good things but
implement new ideas can be healthy for the core areas.
How will you manage these facts to impact in the 2015 vision goals?
I’m talking about quality, and making numbers grow in iGIP and oGCDP.
But in this moment for me is more important the reality of the committee, I can’t think in help
the hole vision if I’m not aware of what I have, and what I can and can’t.
My proposal is to make a strong analysis of the situation of the environment, I guess an
merchandising study will be helpful, studying our opportunities can be the key, this has to be
made for the whole core areas, we need to look far and open our vision. One of my plans will
be have a reunion with BoA and the existing core areas with the pipeline to see what’s our
chance to fit in Guadalajara, where can we fit in the market place, where are we standing
and what is our best chance to win more by doing less, (simplicity).
I’ll add the TM programs well implemented and with the necessary track.
The new strategy for LEC, and the new motivation programs guess that’s the key of good
experience, because you cover all the aspects, the learned, the motivation, the grow, the
compromise, and the knowledge of their own leadership style.
I love the mood in my committee, they care about everybody, and they look for all as a family.
That’s my kind of organizational culture. Why “As a family”? Because family is a bound you
never leave, is a compromise for life, you might be growing and going to another place but
you will always look for the good of your family.
One of the main secrets about a good synergy is the empathy, if all they know what the other
area do and their feelings about, they always be willing to help.
I will implement workshops where everybody can teach to the other area member how is
working with them.
An always taking care about the synergy between the support areas with the core ones is
important the support areas understand perfectly the processes in core areas.
I will like to make a hard work of study of statistic and number generated in this year, because I
will like to plan all the numbers in Xs with the EP managers or in the other case with the
Servicing people.
And I guess with projects I won’t permit that any trainee comes without a good experience to
give him. Is easy to say, but if you make a plan and support the idea with months of
anticipation there is no reason to fail.
I’m a strong woman, I like to teach, help and see the growth in people. I think that a leader
show the way with example, and I’m a god example of hard work, passion, and commitment. I
always try the people feel good about themselves, to believe they can do better. I love to give
opportunities to people never have before, and when that opportunities are well taken they
fulfill my heart. I will offer to my EB and the committee all the disposition, communication, time,
and love that I have in name of making this, the greatest committee in México.
Because I considered the LCP a position where you can learn a lot of you personally and
professionally, that is my professional reason to apply. Learn more about how to manage a
team, and make strategies, experience in all ways.
But personally i have a commitment to the LC, to each one of the members in it. They are a lot
of young bright minds than can change the world, and a state will lots of possibilities an a
good market and I actually believe they have a great potential and I will love to be part of
that growing.
A LCP is the person who gives their own knowledge to manage a big team, the comity.
The LCP make the plans happen by making steps that all of their team leaders will talk about,
so they all put on the way and make the things happen to change the world.

I will take as a FOCUS program oGCDP, because this program ensure us sustainability to
support the functions of the committee, pluses national have all the flow for them to
reincorporate to the committee, they are the best sellers and members we can have because
they already have the experience in an internship. I will potentialize the returnees to
membership so they will grow all the core areas. Beside this I will make a good campaign of
members for them to go on an internship too.
I’ll propose a program, "You are the next TN Taker" for Alumnus. They should know that they are
the next ones in take a trainee in their company; they have to be promoters of the program
too.
1 Developing local strategy this will be the main responsibility for me, a god leader for me is
the one who most of all know the way that all of their team is going, is the responsible of open
the way so all of the team can get there.
2 EB team management the second one will be the EB team management, they are the
heads of the LC, and they all are the example and the guide to all of their people.
3 Governance and accountability. Ones you sale, you have to make all the control of the
resources, how are they managing and how you are using it. At the same time you have to
align this to the environment.
4 Sales are always important, but i will put it in 4 because before you have to sale, you have
to have alignments, products, goals, team to do it, so i think this is the god flow.
5Collaborating with the MC and LCP team i will put collaborating in no number, because this
collaboration has to be all the time, since the begging until the end i will always like to have
somebody to be in the hand with to have support and guide in all the process of the LC.
6External representation. After you know your strengths and you actually know how to sale
and the process are improved you have to execute, in the case of AIESEC by making
collaboration with other countries and enterprises, and organizations, so i will put this at the
end, because you have to own a good bases before the work start, so you can't get wrong
with your partners, and give them a god experience.

The first one will be the planning, this is a big key of every project, when you have the correct
time and anticipation for the thing you can manage, the other things that you can't prevent
can be less dangerous than if you have a mess in everything and in addition of that you have
to add a new problem.
The other one is strategy, sometimes you can make one action to affect all of the areas
without too much effort, just thinking twice what else you can do in that same action.

Here is a shared responsibility with the MC, we always work together to achieve the country
goals. Something more concern will be ensuring that almost all of the members go to the
national congress, there is the most important opportunity to they all can learn, involve a take
the strategies directly from national so they can replicate at the LC. I will make a financial
program so all the members can afford the fee, supporting with the transport or something like
that.
