I have successfully completed a Level 3 BTEC in graphics design and an AS-level in graphics design for which I got the highest mark, an A grade. I have extensive experience of working with the following software:

• Photoshop• Illustrator• InDesign• Dreamweaver• All of the Microsoft Office programmes

I am also proficient on Macs or PCs.

I have had experience of creating logos, designing prospectuses, posters and website pages. I have created an anti drugs campaign, typefaces and promotional material for an art exhibition.

I am particularly interested in layout work, advertising work and website design.

I line manage 3 members of staff as well as attending regular meetings with members of staff more senior to myself and I communicate regularly with parents. I have helped run interviews, analyse performance data and organise the schools timetabling. Within my role as a Maths Teacher I often design worksheets and presentations for lessons using Word and PowerPoint. I have to ensure these are designed to engage the target audience. I have also used PowerPoint to design presentations for training sessions for adults. I regularly update the schools website and VLE and I am responsible for organising the new school logo and website design with the web team.I have also helped plan lessons for the GCSE Art exams.
