The CHS report card is impressive across the board.

Over the years each of our service lines has received awards and accolades from industry associations

as well as local, regional and national organizations and regulatory bodies.

Our patient and resident satisfaction results are above the 80th percentile inclusive of all experiences, including areas such as

respect, dignity, courtesy and good communication. It has been our collective goal over the years to focus on delivering the highest

quality care and services bringing about the greatest impact and influence on the experience of patients, residents and families.

Our employee satisfaction results are at 90%, indicating that not only are we considered a desirable organization where our

staff is committed to the Mission, but they feel our commitment to them, their careers, their futures and their families, as well.

Consistently, across all service lines, employees indicated that what they liked best about working at CHS was the relationships

with patients, residents, clients and families, their co-workers and leadership, the Mission, and the caring environment.
