Planned Location We plan on moving into the Hill-owned building located at 837 New Jersey in early April. It is a4000 square foot building, perfect for our needs.

Next Steps We are beginning to plan the first project of the Lawrence Community Workshop  – building outour new building. The building needs insulation, upgraded HVAC, and interior walls.

We plan to put together a project that will include top flight construction management, andemployment and training opportunities for young people.

Our objective is to do the greenest work we can, including superinsulation of the building, toensure low energy costs in the future.

The redesigned facility will include space for:

An art gallery for the Lawrence Art Guild

Shared exhibition, performance, and practice space A design workshop, with Adobe and 3D design and prototyping tools, including a 3D
