The Egyptians were very detailed in their record keeping making evidence easier to provide.

Egyptians needed a confession in order to convict a suspect.

on their innocence before a statue of a god.

The Ancient Egyptians used common sense of what was right and wrong and used harsh punishments for breaking

the law depending on the crime.

The worst crime was tomb robbing.
