50% Payment to be made before 15days of the

Function. Balance Amount to be deposited, 3 days, before the day

of Function Host will deposit Additional Payment for extra plates at

the time, of such request Liquor Consumption Permission to be obtained by

Host, one week before Function according to Excise

Rules. Sales Taxes & Service Tax, shall be extra as applicable. Party to start and finish as per time schedule agreed. In case Function is cancelled, Advance will be non-

refundable. AC Charges will be extra @2000/- Per Hour in case

Party continues beyond timing & such payment should

be deposited at the time of request. DJ & Liquors Allowed up to 11.00PM strictly & upto

04.00PM in Lunch Party. Outside Vendors are not allowed. No Compensation allowed in case of any breakdown of

AC/Genset/Electricity due to technical reasons Drum Beating & Band inside the hall is not permissible. Arms & ammunition & smoking are strictly prohibited

inside the premises. Parking at Owners Risk ( Guards are only for Direction) Any Damage / Breakage of Banquets will be

compensated by the Host. All disputes subject to Gurgaon Jurisdiction
