Yuan Wang directs designs withthe creativity and flair that sodistinguishes Lavas work. He hascoordinated a diverse range ofprojects, from brand developmentand custom websites to animationconcepts. With an Honors

degree in Multimedia Designfrom Swinburne University inMelbourne, Yuan brings pixel-perfection and immense appealto Lavas designs and takes pridein the individuality of each.

Andrew Lawtonoversees manyof Lavas developments. Andrewhas been responsible for theestablishment and evolution ofLavas current CMS and e-Newsproducts, as well as setting atechnical framework for the

organisation to work from. Hes ahighly skilled web programmer,and also has extensive experiencedeveloping in Flash. Andrew isoften responsible for the trainingof Lavas clients with CMS ande-News tools.
