    Information:The Doctor is forced to regenerate after Rose looks into

    the TARDIS Time Vortex. Immediately following Roses

    departure to an alternate dimension, Donna Noble, an

    Earth woman appears in the TARDIS. When Donna declines

    his invitation to travel with him, he then meets MarthaJones, who shares many adventures with the Time Lord.

    His relationship with Martha is affected by the recent

    departure of Rose, so that he does not return her obvious

    feelings for him. This in part causes Martha to decide to

    return to Earth and pick up her life again.

    Information:Martha is training to be a Doctor at Londons Royal Hope

    hospital when the Judoon transport the entire building

    to the Moon in order to capture an alien Plasmavore. She

    then travels with the Doctor, despite repeated warnings

    from her family.

    If the Doctor uses his Leader ability on any model other thanhis companion(s), then it only counts as Leader (1).Last of the Time Lords: The Doctor can pass 1 Morale checkper game automatically - do not roll.

    Psychic Paper: By using a special action the Doctor cannot

    be subject to another models Blockerability this turn.So Lonely: Choose 1 heroic, female non-companion modelon the table. If this model is removed as a casualty, the

    Doctor loses half his remaining Luck points (round theremaining points down).

    ayBrideThe Runaway Bride

    The appearance of human bride Donna Noble in the

    TARDIS starts the Doctor on a chain of events even hecould never have anticipated. After rescuing her from an

    android kidnapper, he finds she has been dosed with lethal

    Huon particles a source of energy which has not existed

    for millennia.

    Following a trail of clues the Doctor, Donna and her fiance

    Lance find an underground chamber previously excavated

    by Torchwood. A giant hole seemingly leads to the centre of

    the Earth.

    The Empress of the Racnoss a huge spider-like alien

    plans to use Donna to free her race from the Earths core,

    aided by the treacherous Lance. Once free the Racnoss willdevour the flesh of humanity in their eternal hunger. Unless

    the Doctor can stop her

    Information:Judoon look like well built humanoids with rhino heads.

    Their uniform consists of imposing black armour, which

    also functions as a space suit.

    Special Rules:Alien, Body Armour, Resist Vacuum (if helmeted), SpacerVerify Identity: If their target is not known visually, Judoonmay verify the identity of any model in base contact by

    expending an action. Once identified the target may be

    attacked by any Judoon.

    Judoon Enforcer:Enforcers lead squads of 4-9 Judoon

    investigators. They have the Leader (1)and Communicatorabilities.Communicator: The Judoon EnforcersLeader ability has an unlimited range.

    Smith and Jones

    The Doctor is pretending to be a patient in Londons Royal

    Hope hospital when the entire building is transportedonto the surface of the moon. While the patients and staff

    are panicking, he meets trainee Doctor Martha Jones and

    discovers the Judoon, galactic police-for-hire, have brought

    the building to the Moon. They are searching for an alien

    criminal but do not have jurisdiction on the Earth.

    The alien a shape shifting blood devouring plasmavore

    evades detection but is finally captured by the Judoon

    after draining the Doctors alien blood. On the verge of

    asphyxiation, the hospital and its inhabitants are returned

    to the Earth where the Doctor offers to take Martha on a

    single trip in the TARDIS to say thanks for saving his life. The congestion charge had made moon parking worthwhile

    Judoon platoon upon the moon.The Doctor, Smith and Jones

    Gaming with JudoonIf you dont want to recreate the episode

    exactly, then there are plenty of other

    Doctor Who monsters with the ability to

    change form or to appear human

    Slitheen, Zygons, Axons and Krillitane to name several.

    If you want to land your Judoon on Earth, then in true

    TV crime drama style, simply have one of the Judoon

    equipped with a warrant signed by some alien official

    granting them limited access to the planet.

    Or use the Judoon as a third force controlled by a third

    player. They might be a side in their own right, hunting

    a random model, or appear on table after a certain

    number of turns.

    In either case select the player with the hunted model

    at random, and without the Judoon players knowledge.

    The player with the felon must mark one of his models

    in secret. Let the hunt begin!

    The greatest playwright ever known, Shakespeare revelsin his popularity with the public. He is incredibly astute

    the Doctors psychic paper does not work on him and he

    deduces the real nature of the time travellers.

    The Shakespeare Code

    Arriving in London in 1599, the Doctor and Martha

    discover William Shakespeare is about to perform a newplay Loves Labours Won strange in itself as history has

    never recorded such a performance. The writing of the

    play is being manipulated by three witch-like Carrionites

    aliens with the power to manipulate reality through words.

    They use their advanced technology to defeat all attempts

    to cancel the performance the play will end with a code

    which will bring their race through a portal to Earth.

    The Doctor and Martha need someone whos very verygood with words to save the day... It was either the play or the pie shop

    Special Rules:

    Leader (2), Luck (1)Astute: Psychic paper has no effect on Shakespeare.Wordsmith: Shakespeare counts his Int as 10 whenperforming any action connected with prose. If he expends

    Information:Brannigan has been on the motorway for twelve years withhis human wife and children a litter of kittens.

    Gridlock

    The Doctor returns to New Earth, this time with Martha.

    He finds its people are trapped on an automated motorwaysystem where nobody gets off. Martha gets car jacked

    and the Doctor meets some old friends Novice Hame

    and the Face of Boe.

    The population of New New York were wiped out by

    an airborne virus leaving only the gridlocked motorists

    alive. The Face of Boe has been keeping the cities minimal

    systems running during all this time.

    Then the Doctor discovers the legendary creatures in the

    motorway tunnels are Macra, and they dont like cars Everyone wanted to get away from the Elton John gig

    Luck can be used to reroll these Int test dice, and Martha

    can use her whole activation to get her mum to look theanswers up on the internet, allowing her to add +2 to the

    Infected ModelsInfected members of the Pentallions crew return to play

    with the same stats as Korwin. Other models retain their

    the Doctor while he is human. With

    a perception filter on the watch, it does not seem

    To open it, a special action must be spent by the model

    When Sally Sparrow investigates a deserted old house she

    finds a yale key, several statues and a message hidden underthe wallpaper seemingly to her.

    The disappearance of her friend Kathy on a subsequent

    visit leads Sally on a trail of seemingly unfathomable clues

    which end with the Doctor leaving half a conversation with

    her hidden on her collection of DVDs.

    The statues are the Weeping Angels, aliens with the power

    to transport people back through time a fate which

    Dont BlinkA Weeping Angel whose base is within the front 90 arc

    and in line of sight to any other model has been observed

    and activates that Angels Quantum Lockedability. If thatAngel wishes to activate then roll 1D6 for all non-Angelmodels who are observing it. If every observing model

    rolls 1 or 2 the Angel can activate this turn the observing

    models having all blinked. Oops.

    Note that Weeping Angels can irreversibly Quantum Lockeach other (see the end of the episode). If an Angel wishes

    to activate but is observed by one or more further Angels

    roll 1D6 for each. If any dice roll 1 then one observer has

    not covered its eyes and the original (activating) Angel has

    been permanently Quantum Locked remove it from play.

    Temporal TouchModels touched by an Angels attack are removed from play

    they are transported to the past, and count as defeated.

    These individuals are able to leave clues in their future to

    aid the remaining models fighting the Angels.

    The player who lost their model can place a Clue marker

    no closer than 12 to the point on the table their model

    last occupied. The first friendly model who reaches this

    point gains 1D3 points ofLuck.

    I made Clue markers from small rectangles of

    plastic card and silver card punched with a holepunch to represent DVD cases and DVDs. Thiswill all make sense if youve seen the episode.

    UnseenWeeping Angels are masters of stealth indeed those

    in close proximity to an Angel constantly feel theres

    something just out of sight, or over their shoulder.

    Each Weeping Angel not being observed is represented

    by two identical counters (print copies of the counters

    below), one of which is marked on the underside as

    representing the real Angel. These move and act separately

    using the Angels normal statistics. If a model gains line

    of sight to the dummy counter, it is removed and placed

    on top of the other counter. If a model gains line of sight

    on the real counter, both counters are removed, and the

    real counter is replaced by the Angels model. Once the

    Angel is no longer observed, the model is replaced by both

    counters, which may then separate and move as before.

    Example: Weeping Angel MovementSally Sparrow and Kathy Nightingale have encountered twoWeeping Angels while investigating Wester Drumlins. Thediagram above shows the positions of all four models and theobservation arc of each. It is the Angels activation.

    If Angel A activates, it will have to overcome blink rolls for bothSally and Kathy possible but unlikely that both will roll 1 or 2,even with a reroll. However, only Sally is observing Angel B.

    Angel B activates and Sally rolls a 3 for her blink roll. The Angelplayer makes her reroll 1! Sally has no Luckleft so the

    blink roll stands and the Angel moves in. If this Angel wishes toactivate next turn it is in danger of becomingQuantum Lockedby Angel A, who now has it in its 90 observation arc.

    The Doctor is reunited with Captain Jack Harkness on

    the planet Malcassairo in the year 100 trillion. Evading thedegenerate futurekind, the time travellers meet Professor

    Yana and his assistant Chantho, who are attempting to get

    the remnants of the human race off the planet to a new

    home Utopia.

    Martha discovers Yana has a watch identical to the one

    owned by John Smith he is also a Time Lord in human

    form. As the futurekind break into the laboratory, the

    spacecraft carrying the humans launches, and the watch is

    Returning to the present day, the Master has become the

    Prime Minister under the name of Harold Saxon. Forcingthe time travellers into hiding, he eventually captures them,

    along with Marthas family, and takes them on board the

    flying carrier Valiant. The Master unleashes the Toclafane spherical mechanoids to decimate the human population.

    The Doctor is genetically aged and made helpless, but

    Martha escapes and travels the ruined Earth for a year

    before returning to the Valiant with a weapon which the

    Master effortlessly destroys. With the Master about to

    launch a fleet to conquer the universe, the long game of

    Set Up

    The Doctor and Martha begin within 4 of the table edgeopposite the theatre. The two Officials begin in the centre

    of the two adjacent edges. Shakespeare and the Carrionites

    begin in the Globe.

    InitiativeInitiative is determined as normal for all game turns.

    Special RulesThe Doctor can take a special action to make an Int test if

    he is within 6 of a Carrionite. If successful, the creature

    must leave the table. It must remain off table until its

    player can roll 5+ on 1D6 at the end of his turns, and may

    either teleport back onto the table or reappear at any

    table edge. This will only work once on each Carrionite.

    If a Carrionite teleports to within 6 of a heroic model,

    the panic of the London crowds allow that heroic model

    an extra 1D6 if they take a Move action in their next

    turn. Only one such bonus is allowed per turn.

    End of the GameShakespeare can only begin to attempt to disrupt the

    Carrionites play once he gets into base contact with the

    Doctor. After 15 turns the play will reach its climax and

    the game will end as a victory for the Carrionites.Twosuccessful Int tests need to be made within the Globe

    Three: Capture theDoctors Companions:

    The monster player gains 2

    each if they can capture Martha,

    Laszlo or Tallulah. They gain 0 VP if these

    models are killed, however.

    Four: Capture more humans: Each heroic model captured isworth 1 VP.

    Five: Evaluate: Use the standard Victory Point rules below.Roll 1D6 at the beginning of the heroic players turns. On

    the roll of 5+ one single non-unique heroic model removedfrom play can return at any table edge as reinforcements.

    The game will additionally end when the monster player

    In Capture scenarios the monster player can return up to 4non-Dalek casualties per game to play at his starting table

    determining when the Dalek force becomes broken. In

    capture scenarios the Human Dalek weapons can stun.

    Nominate one building (or tent, whatever). The Doctor can

    work on Inventions at this location.

    End of the GameThe game will end when either side is removed from the

    table, or after 10 turns.

    Victory PointsStandard Victory Point rules are used in this scenario as

    well as the VP rules detailed above. In addition the heroic

    player scores 2 VP for Dalek models and 1/2 VP for eachother monster model eliminated.

    Hooverville Rumble New York, 1930

    The shanty town of Hooverville in New Yorks Central

    Park has come to the attention of the cityauthorities, who use the excuse of an alcoholbust to send in armed police officers.

    The Doctor, Martha,Tallulah and Laszlohave returned afterencountering theDalek Cult of Skaroin the Empire Statebuilding. As the residentsclash with the police, the Cultsend in two of their number as well as

    a force of pig slaves and human Daleks.

    With the Dalek objective unclear, the humans must putaside their differences and hope the presence of a Time Lordin their midst can aid them

    ForcesHeroes and Allies: The Doctor, Martha, Tallulah, Laszlo, 8Hooverville civilians with improvised weapons (4+) and 6

    Police Officers (count as security Guards with Pistols.)

    Monsters and Villains: 2 Cult of Skaro Daleks, 6 Pig Slavesand 4 Human Daleks.

    The TableThe 48 x 48 table represents the shanty town of

    Hooverville. It should have scattered shacks and tents, with

    plenty of assorted bric-a-brac for cover. Feel free to include

    areas of trees and undergrowth (it is a park after all).

    Set UpDivide the table into 9 equal 16 x 16 segments and place

    2 heroic models anywhere in each. The monster player

    places his models anywhere within 6 of a table edge of his

    choice.

    InitiativeDetermine initiative on all turns as normal.

    Special RulesThe Daleks have variable objectives in this scenario - take

    an ace, and one each of cards two through six from a deck

    of cards and shuffle them. The monster player draws one

    and keeps the result secret from the heroic player:

    Ace: Kill the Doctor : The monster player gains + 3 VP foreliminating the Doctor, in addition to his normal VP.

    Two: Capture the Doctor: The monster player gains + 3 VP forcapturing the Doctor, in addition to his normal VP.

    Special RulesModels (except Lazarus)

    cannot run. The usual activation

    rules are not used each model can

    activate each turn.

    A Commando will move towards the Doctor or Martha if

    they are within line of sight and in the front 90 arc of the

    model. If they enter melee they will attempt a capture.

    If Lazarus is within line of sight and in the front 90 arc of a

    Commando they will use an action to shoot.

    Otherwise, roll 1D6 each for the direction and move

    distance of each Commando. Commandos who collide with

    an obstacle will randomly turn 90 left or right.

    The Mutated Lazarus will move forward and attack

    any model within line of sight and in its front 90 arc.

    Otherwise roll 1D6 each for the direction and move

    distance of the monster.

    If Lazarus returns to his human form he will move 1D6 in

    a random direction each turn.

    Non-heroic models use only one action to move each turn.

    End of the GameThe game ends when the Doctor and Martha reach the

    stairs or are killed or captured.

    Victory PointsVictory points are not used in this scenario. A win is

    scored if the Doctor and Martha get to the stairs, a

    draw if only the Doctor manages to get off the

    table. Any other result is a loss for the heroic side.

    Call in the SWAT Team Lazarus Building Roof, 2007

    The Doctor and Martha have been chased to the roof of

    the Lazarus building, fleeing from the huge mutatedform of Professor Lazarus. Hiding from themonster, they are surprised to see twoblack-clad special forces teamssilently climb onto the rooffrom the sides of thebuilding.

    With a bad feelingabout their motives, thetime travellers must avoidboth sets of hostiles and reach thestairs down.

    This scenario is designed to be played solo with theplayer taking the part of the Doctor and Martha. Therules below give details on how to move the remaining models.

    ForcesHeroes and Allies: The Doctor and Martha.Monsters and Villains: Lazarus (begins in his mutated form),and 6 Special Forces Commandos count as Security

    Guards with SMGs (hit on 3+) and Body Armour.

    The TableThe 24 x 24 table represents the building roof. The edgesof the table are counted as impassable. The roof should

    have numerous boxy structures air conditioning vents

    etc. as cover. A small structure near the centre of one tableedge houses the stairs down to the rest of the building.

    Set UpThe Doctor and Martha begin in the centre of the table

    edge opposite the stairs. Lazarus begins within 4 of the

    stairs building. 3 Commandos each begin in the centre of

    the other 2 table edges, facing as indicated.

    InitiativeInitiative is not used in this scenario. Instead, each turn the

    Commandos, then Lazarus, then the heroic models move.

    When Timothy isactivated roll 1D6 if he

    carries the watch. On the

    roll of 12 the monster player

    can expend Timothys activation to

    move Timothy up to 6 in any direction. This

    represents his mental confusion from the empathic

    connection with the Doctors stored consciousness.

    Timothys Psychicability can be used to reroll this dice. Ifthe reroll brings Timothy back to heroic control he can be

    moved into base contact with either John or Martha if they

    are close enough. He can then hand them the watch.

    If John or Martha have the watch and are in base contact

    then attempts can be made to open it see page 18.

    In each end phase the monster player should roll 1D6. On

    the roll of 4+ they may place a spare Scarecrow at any

    point on any table edge, no closer than 12 to a heroic

    model. Scarecrows removed from play can also be recycled

    in this manner.

    End of the GameThe game ends when all Family members are killed, or

    once the heroic side are all killed, captured or off the table

    by either of the red table edges.

    Victory PointsNormal Victory Points are not used in this scenario. The

    heroic side will win if John / The Doctor gets off the table

    with any two or more named heroic models, and at least

    three civilians. They can also win by eliminating all of the

    Family of Blood. The monster player will win if they capture

    John / The Doctor or gain possession of his watch, either

    while losing no more than one Family member. Any other

    result will end the game in a draw.

    Set UpThe heroic models should start within 8 of the village hall.

    Timothy cannot start within 4 of any other model. The

    monster models do not begin the game on the table.

    At the beginning of the monster players second turn,

    place 14 members of the Family of Blood and up to 4

    Scarecrows adjacent to the village hall. Any models not

    placed thus can begin adjacent to any table edge these

    models set up individually and need not be placed together.

    InitiativeDetermine initiative from turns two as normal.

    Special RulesThe civilians who have escaped from the village hall are

    frightened each civilian not activated in the heroic turn

    must make a morale test in the end phase. If this is failed

    they will move 1D6 in a random direction.

    Timothy begins the game with John Smiths pocket watch in

    his possession. He cannot normally be moved closer than

    4 to the Doctor or Martha (but see later).
