Gaining Access to LASSI

Access to LASSI has been provided for you by NCIN

When you are ready to begin, locate the following URL with your web browser:

http://www.hhpubco.com/lassi/

You will be directed to a web page with directions for taking the LASSI, read these directions;

You should have been provided a school number, user name and password by your professor, you must enter this information to continue.

If you do not have a school number, along with username and password, follow instructions on next slide.

Getting Started

Locate your school’s name and your instructor’s name ; from here you can send a request for the following:

School number

User name

User password

Once you receive this information, go to the LASSI site. Enter this information at the LASSI web site The next screen requires you to enter your first and last name. The

ID and email fields are optional. The next screen to appear will be the LASSI assessment.

You will be asked to respond to 80 statements. To help you decide which response to select, this is what is meant by each option:

RESPOND OPTIONS

Not at all typical of me : true of you only in rare instances.

Not very typical of me: generally would not be true of you.

Somewhat typical of me: true of you about half of the time.

Fairly typical of me: generally true of you.

Very much typical of me: true of you most of the time

LASSI Assessment

Results

After completing all the items and successfully submitting the results, a two page report will be displayed.

This report will include your scores for each scale.

You will also receive an explanation of your results.

Print out a copy your results so that you may discuss with your instructor.
