Trial order of sanctions against Qawi El Bey. Non-party Qawi El Bey filed an undated petition in the Circuit Court of Pasco County purporting to "squash" this Court's Order denying the petitioner's motion to dismiss. The petitioner did not provide sufficient information by which the Court could determine if he or she was a real person, and his or her claims appeared to be devoid of merit and possibly fraudulent. In addition, the Court found the filing to be abusive, malicious, insulting and demeaning to the judiciary. The Court ordered the petition stricken for engagement in frivolous and abusive litigation, and the Clerk of Courts was instructed to reject for filing or docketing any future pleadings submitted by Qawi El bey unless signed by a member in good standing of The Floria Bar.
