Funding
Per Title III, Section 3114(a):
for a fiscal year, eligible local educational agencies (LEAs)
must have a plan in accordance with Title III Section 3116
to receive Title III Funding (Limited English Proficient &
Immigrant)
– LEAs shall describe programs and activities proposed to
be developed, implemented and administered under the
subgrant
– Plan shall describe how the LEA will use subgrant funds
