A charge of 1-1/2% will be applied. Our Guarantee: All plant materials installed and supplied by ABC shall be guaranteed for survive for a period of 90 days from time of planting. No warranty will be issued for a landscape job not supported by a working irrigation system. Any that fail to survive shall be replaced once provided payment terms are met. Plants must be properly watered and receive adequate care, and plants have not suffered mechanical damage or been damaged by an act of God, such as storm, flood, fire, and the like. Drainage Warranty: Drainage solutions designed to alleviate excess water or standing water, including but not limited to French drains, dry creeks, dry wells, and berms are not guaranteed to eliminate all standing water or water damage. There is no guarantee that problem areas will be or will stay totally dry as there are many unforeseen variables that may affect drainage such as underground streams, unknown soil conditions, heavy rains, and neighboring homes and businesses that may redirect water through or onto your property. Acceptance of Proposal: The above prices and conditions are satisfactory and hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment will be made as follows - 50% upon acceptance of proposal and 50% upon completion of the project or per the draw schedule if applicable.
