Lamar is a full service company offering expertise in different
fields that includes, construction, project management, fit
outs and interior design, we operate in two different countries
(Jordan & United Arab Emirates).
Lamar was established in 2007 in Amman – Jordan as a
construction company , in 2014 Lamar expanded regionally
after the big success in Jordan and established Lamar Interiors
in Dubai – UAE.
In Lamar we offer our services for all types of properties such
as residential, commercial, industrial, sports, leisure and
landscape. Evolving from a locally focused firm into regional’s
top independent firm of international standards, Lamar continues
to provide the highest quality projects.
Providing complete engineering services enables Lamar to
work with the clients from the earliest conceptual stage
of a project through start-up, bearing total project management
responsibility or assisting, depending on the requirements of the
individual client. The firm has demonstrated the proven ability to
tailor these services and our project teams to address the unique
requirements of each project.
Lamar assembles a team of experts to assist with the projects
by providing know ledge within their own area of expertise.
The basic task of a team member is to listen to our client, discover
their needs, offer solutions for project challenges, and ultimately
design a facility in which the ideas developed throughout this
process are fully integrated.

Arch. Rami Salous
Architect Mohammad Abu-Seer graduated from the
Applied Science University in Jordan, holding a
B.SC. in Architectural Engineering.
Mohammad experience varies between Design,
Construction, Project Management, and Technical
detailing,
Mohammad established the engineering department
for UI Projects and was their Design Manager for
more than 10 years, the technical manager of Mimar
Group for the past 2 years and now has established with
Rami Salous Lamar Interiors.
Arch. Mohammad Abu-Seer
Architect Rami Salous graduated from the Applied
Science University in Jordan, holding a B.Sc in
Architectural Engineering and attained a Master’s degree
in Architectural Theory and Design from the University of
Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
Rami gave lectures at the Applied Science University
and at the University of Petra about the Design
Studio and History of Art and Architecture.
Later Rami became the General Manager of ISNAD
Architects and Engineers as well as vice chairman /
CEO at Lamar Construction Company delivering innovative
architectural solutions throughout his work experience

Design Build - Lamar Design-Build Services was a very successful approach that provided for our clients a unique value
proposition. Through our Design-Build services we ensure there is no gaps between design and construction and provide a
seamless smooth construction process by keeping the focus on project goals itself rather than other disturbing disputes between the
two wings of the project (consultant & contractor)
Construction - Lamar strong manpower, pool of equipment’s and machinery, stable financial capacity, and a capable engineering
team contributes in making Lamar one of the largest contractors in Jordan with a turnover of more than US$ 20 M in projects
value over the past 7 years. Lamar is now classified as Class 3 - Buildings Contractor as per the Ministry of Public Works & Housing
classification for contractors in Jordan. Our commitment to provide high end quality of work within the time frame and budget allowed
us to be one of the favourite contractors to many repeated clients like Airport International Group (AIG) & Fitness One group.

Project Management - Lamar’s sharp, hardworking and talented engineers encouraged us to provide project management services
for small and medium size projects, we started this to fulfil our clients demand for managing their projects constructed or designed
by other companies, our repeat clients request us to provide them with proper advice on both contractual and engineering level for
many of their projects , Petra Wajhat Aluminum & Bold International in Dubai are examples of the trust we have among our clients
Fitout Contracting - Through our commitment to quality, time and budget in Fit Out works Lamar has created a large pool of clients
of most well-known offices & retail shops in Jordan. The success in Jordan led to establishment of our branch in Dubai under
the name of Lamar Interiors. Our excellent reputation made our first step easier than we thought as we started jobs in U.A.E with our
repeat clients from Jordan, our list in this field includes companies like Tche Tche Café & Retailcorps owners of Modells’
