Term 2 -- Week 6
Dear Parents and Caregivers, It has been another great week of learning at Lake Cargelligo Central School. It was great to see students from both Euabalong West Public School and Condobolin Public School joining in various agricultural activities coordinated by STEM Industry School Partnerships (SISP). I acknowledge Miss Ireland for the hard work in coordinating the event. I congratulate all of Years 7-10 who have been participating in various assessments this week in a variety of subjects. I acknowledge their persistence and effort in class activities. This assessment will assist in the writing of student reports for the first semester. In the next three weeks work will commence on our new COLA near the canteen. This will be replacing the shade sail. I signed the final documents on Tuesday and am happy with the final plans. This will provide another space that can be utilised by students in poor weather conditions. I encourage you all to go along to Blue Waters to see some fantastic artworks in the local community. Please have a safe and wonderful long weekend. Yours in Education, Mr Allan Johnston Principal

Preschoolers visit with 11 Primary Industries students Last Thursday, preschoolers came to check out the farm animals and do some gardening with Year 11. Students helped the preschoolers feed the lambs, hold the baby chickens and pat the big chickens, collected the eggs and planted some seeds. The preschoolers watched the pigs being fed too.
