MCE Corporation has been providing contracted services to Californiamunicipalities for 36 years. We are very proud and excited about one of ournewest partner City’s; Laguna Niguel!

We started providing services under ourstreets maintenance contract with theCity on July 1st, 2018. MCE’s goal underthis contract is simple; protect andenhance the assets we are responsibleto maintain. While the goal is simple, abeautiful city like Laguna Niguel presentsmany challenges. Our crew, lead by ourforeman Francisco Ferrer, is dedicatedto meeting the challenge. Franciscocame to MCE with many years ofexperience in Laguna Niguel. Hisfamiliarity with the City and the City staff has aided us tremendously in getting offto a good start.

MCE’s corporate headquarters are in Concord, which is located in the East BayArea. Our southern California operations are supported through our Upland yardand office, although we do have a yard in Laguna Niguel, dedicated to thatcontract and our crew there. Manny Pavloudakis is MCE’s southern Californiaarea manager and he provides daily support assisting the crew bothadministratively and operationally.

In addition to the support from Manny, MCE’s President & CEO, Jeff Core, andSenior Vice President, Steve Loweree, are both very hand’s on and makefrequent visits to southern California.

Cliff is a third generation Allen,son of Dennis Allen and grandson ofFounder Stanley Allen. Bright, airy androomy showrooms display multiplefeatured models. “I wish my Dadand Grandfather could see thesenew facilities,” says Cliff. “To ourfamily, they are more than just newdealerships. They will serve as thefoundation for the future of thisfamily business for generations tocome.”

The historical roots of this family-owned business started in Laguna Beach. Stanley Allen spent 25years in Laguna Beach raising his family in South Orange Countyand getting to know the people in the community. His son, Dennis,joined the business and initiated a move to Laguna Niguel. Dennis’vision proved to be a good one, and shortly thereafter, Allen addedGMC to its Oldsmobile and Cadillac product lines.

Community is also very important to the Allen family. “The backboneof our dealership is community involvement,” says Cliff. He listsmany schools, sports teams and community service organizations

the family has supported over the past 69 years. These efforts haven’t goneunnoticed. Allen has been named Laguna Niguel’s “Outstanding Business of theYear” and adds this honor to many other accolades, including Orange CountyBusiness Journal’s “Family-Owned Business of the Year”.
