Day 1 3:30 pm – Welcome to Ladder House 4:30 pm – Short tour of the ranch 6:30 pm – Hors d’oeuvres 7:00 pm – Dinner in the dining room 8:30 pm – Dessert around the fire on the bunkhouse patio

Ladder Ranch House Decorated by Jane Fonda, Ted Turner’s private home flaunts rustic elegance with Southwestern accents. Staying true to Ted Turner’s character, the four-bedroom ranch house exudes comfort and an unassuming ambiance.

Day 2 8:00 am – Breakfast 9:00 am – Tour our conservation efforts with the ranarium & tortoise pens 11:30 am – Tour Ladder Ranch with lunch out in the field 5:00 pm – Return to the Ladder House 6:00 pm – Hors d’oeuvres 6:30 pm – Dinner in the dining room 7:30 pm – Dessert around the fire on the bunkhouse patio

Ladder Ranch Tour Experience the beautiful ranch with its incredible wildlife, fascinating history and a fun bison excursion.

We recommend bringing a coat with a hood or hat as the wind created by riding in the UTVs can be chilly.

Day 3 9:00 am – Breakfast for the family 9:30 am – Depart for White Sands National Monument with lunch 5:30 pm – Return to the Ladder House 6:00 pm – Hors d’oeuvres 6:30 pm – Dinner in the dining room 7:45 pm – Possible trip to town for soaks at Sierra Grande Lodge

White Sands National Monument Rising from the heart of the Tularosa Basin is one of the world's great natural wonders - the glistening white sands of New Mexico. Great wave-like dunes of gypsum sand have engulfed 275 square miles of desert, creating the world's largest gypsum dune field. White Sands National Monument preserves a major portion of this unique dune field, along with the plants and animals that live here.

Day 4 8:30 am – Breakfast 11:30 am – Depart for Armendaris Ranch tour with lunch 5:30 pm – Return to the Ladder House 6:30 pm – Hors d’oeuvres 7:00 pm – Dinner in the dining room 7:45 pm – Dessert around the fire on the bunkhouse patio

Day 5 TBD – Breakfast TBD – Departure

Bicycles will be available throughout your visit of Ladder Ranch.

Other activities such as fishing and hot air balloon rides are available upon request for additional cost.
