Lactose free hot chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 cups of Almond milk

4 mini bags Genauva dark

chocolate gems

1 vanila pod

2 teaspoons cinnamon

powder

4 cinnamon sticks

A bid of cocoa powder for

decoration

Preparation

Cook the milk with the seeds of the vanilla pod and cinnamon powder

Add the chocolate and stir well

Fill 4 drinking cups

Decorate with a bid cocoa powder

Serve with a gingerbread cookie and use a cinnamon stick as a spoon
