individual team member’s performance- Cultural tradition ( respect for superior or
older person)- Give priority to those who have
achievement and seniority
SUBJECTIVE CAUSES- Vietnam people often “Fear of
conflict &hesitate to face a discussion” to keep
harmony- Lack of confidence to give a
different , new views- Depend on other too much

all team members+ Exchanging views+ Respecting for individual team
member opinions+ Sharing your findings to other
