Flag & Receipt Labels - Transferable from vial to syringe

• Use the peelable receipt for multi-dose medications like ointments, eye drops and inhalers! Remove from the original container on fi rst use and affi x to the unit-dose container.

• The peelable receipt assures that when a barcode is used on a fl ag label, it remains with the dose that is administered. When used on vials and ampules, the receipt portion is peeled from the container and placed on a syringe to assure the name of the drug, warning or barcode is viewed at the bedside.
