1. Description The purpose of this laboratory work is to come closer with the programming of linear and circular motion on a CNC machine. Specifically a series of letters by my name have been drawn using Solidworks program. These letters are composed of linear and circular motions and have been drawn with specific height and width. Then with the help of a CNC simulator I constructed these letters by using specific codes such as G01 (linear motion), G02 (circular motion to the right) and G03 (circular motion to the left) which are the main codes I used in this program. The result of this program is the actual CNC machine process.

5. Concluding Remarks
In conclusion, we can say that from the above laboratory work we have learned the basic and most common motions of a CNC machine, which are the linear and circular motions. Also, we became familiar with the most important codes, which is how exactly these motions are executed. These codes are G01 (linear motion), G02 (circular motion to the right) and G03 (circular motion to the left). Furthermore, from the CNC simulator we can see how the final assembly will be, how long it takes for a CNC machine to construct it and how fast this machine can run.
