The TROUBLE(R) Product is NOT "Public Domain" and it is NOT"Free ware". TROUBLE is a copyrighted software product developedand owned by:

and grants you without charge the right to reproduce, distributeand use copies of this version of my TROUBLE shareware softwareproduct, subject to the limitations specified below, and on theexpress condition that you do not receive any payment, commercialbenefit, or other consideration for such reproduction ordistribution, or change this license agreement or the copyright.

Limitations: You may make and keep one back-up copy of the software

for your personal use, provided that (1) you copy all thecopyright, trademark, and other information indicated on theinitial screen display (or on the diskette label, for theregistered version disk) onto your backup diskette label, and (2)you have registered. Also you may distribute copies to otherpersons, but solely for their evaluation (i.e., to decidewhether to continue using the product and therefore register) andsolely for evaluation by other persons.

Exclusions: Bonafide educational institutions may make as manycopies as necessary to facilitate student usage if not installed onhard disk.

TROUBLE must NOT be sold or otherwise provided as part of a largersystem, or as a part of a more inclusive product or service,without express written consent and licensing from Francis L.G.Moore.

The rights to receive any such financial or other benefit, and tomodify the product or employ its components in any kind ofderivative work, are reserved exclusively by Francis L.G. Moore.Support from users enables me to develop additional features andfuture versions of the TROUBLE product.
