PROPER DISPLAY OF POS
METHODOLOGY:
1. All branches have, Mobiles, Buntings, Posters & Dispensers
of Himalaya products.2. Daily Assign the POS number to each TSO.
3. In the evening TSO will write the name of shop and POS
(mobile, bunting, poster, dispenser) in the register.
4. Concern Manager will send the photo copy of POS registeron every Saturday to Head Office.
5. Concern Manager will make sure that no POS will go waste
or mis handled at ware house.
6. All kind of POS will be kept properly in the cartons at all ware houses.

2. He will highlight the non productive shops to each TSO
and get productive as early as possible.
3. This will be updated to the H.O on weekly basis.
