Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures - 'ICRA AA+' by ICRA Limited and'CARE AA+' by Credit Analysis and Research Ltd.

Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Subdebt) - 'ICRA AA+' by ICRALimited and "CARE AA+" by Credit Analysis and Research Ltd.

b) The said NCDs are secured by

i) exclusive first charge on specific Standard Receivables of the Company with an assetcover of 100% of the total amount; outstanding at any time and

ii) first pari- passu mortgage on the leasehold rights on 500 sq.ft. premises on 5th Floor,'A' Wing, KGN Towers, 62, Ethiraj Salai, (Commander-in Chief Road) Egmore,Chennai- 600 105

c) The asset cover is Rs. 1555.25 Crore as on 30.09.2016 and is adequate as per theterms of issue.

d) Debt Equity Ratio - 4.94

e) Previous due date for the payment of interest I dividend for non convertibleredeemable preference shares I repayment of principal of non convertiblepreference shares I non-convertible debt securities and whether the same hasbeen paid or not; and,
