KYTC Regional Driver Licensing Office GUIDELINES What we are doing to keep you safe. APPLICANTS Face masks are required while inside the building. Sanitize High-touch surfaces are routinely cleaned, including touch pads. Social Distancing Floor markings and limited work stations to encourage proper social distancing. Text Notification Applicants will be notified by text, or an alternate method, when to return to the office to be served. Applicants must meet one of the following qualifying criteria to request a credential: • Replacing lost/stolen permit, license, or ID • New resident with valid out-of-state credential • Require card for employment or emergency • Renewing card that expired before state official order took effect on March 18, 2020 *All applicants must have successfully completed any required Kentucky State Police testing. STAFF will be required to wear masks and complete health checks daily when reporting to work. We are ready to serve you.
