KVP CHARITY CUP 2008 1 Dear Friends, In its fourth year now, the KVP Charity Cup is still as successful as ever. 56,000 LT has been raised to aid Klaipeda City Social Support Centre purchase a much needed special needs minibus. It will be used to provide transport for the elderly and disabled citizens of Klaipeda region. I wish to thank all of the players, sponsors and fans for making this possible. Without you the KVP Charity Cup would not be possible. I hope to see you all again next year on the 5th Anniversary of the event where we may once again raise money for a charitable cause. 2 KVP CHARITY CUP 2008
2008 saw the largest and most successful KVP Charity Cup to date. 14 teams from 14 companies participated in the tournament but only one team could take home the trophy. Qualifying games took place for one week sorting the men from the boys. The survivors battled on through the quarter finals. After hours of blood, sweat and tears two companies would face off to determine the winners of the trophy...
The reigning champions FEZ/Argus bravely fought their nemesis Onninen but they proved too determined. Onninen had one thing on their mind, victory.
