Synopsis

KUNGFU PANDA

Long time ago, in a valley of peace, a peace place in ancient land of China, lived a panda who

loved kungfu very much. His name is Po. Po is a fanatic of Furious Five, group of 5 master kungfu,

Tigress, Monkey, Mantis, Viper, and Crane that were mentored by a red panda named Shifu. Po lived in

a noodle restaurant with his goose father, his father name was Mr. Ping. Because Po worked in this

restaurant, he couldnt fullfil his dream to become kung fu master. What he could is imagine that he was

kungfu master. Hehe

One day, Master Oogway, mentor of Shifu, had a vision that Evil Snow Leopard named Tai Lung

would come back from Prison to the Valley of Peace to take revenge for being denied the Dragon Scroll,

which was said to hold the secret to limitless power. So, Shifu told Zeng, messenger of Shifu to go toChorh-Gom prison to prevent the Tai Lungs escape. He then hold a kung fu tournament for the Furious

Five so that Oogway could identify the legendary Dragon Warrior, the one kung fu master worthy of

receiving the Dragon Scroll and capable of defeating Tai Lung. Forced to take a cumbersome noodle cart

to the tournament, Po arrived after the doors to the arena was closed and he was unable to enter.

Desperate to see the Dragon Warrior be chosen, Po straps himself to a set of fireworks. and rockets into

the sky. Po crashed into the middle of the arena at the moment when Oogway was to point out the

Dragon Warrior. To the surprise of everyone present, Oogway choosed Po.

Everyone didnt believe that Po can be a Dragon Warrior Kungfu Master, because he was a Big

Fat Panda. So Shifu tried to eliminate him from the kungfu training. But Po never surrender and tried todo the best even he was very nerveous. The Furious Five acknowledged Po, so he become very sad and

give up. Then Master Oogway gave him some advice and Po got the spirit again. Then after training, in

the night, Furious Five told him that Tai Lung was adoptive son of Shifu, who he loved very dearly.

However, after Oogway refused Tai Lung to get the Dragon Scroll he turned on the valley and his

masters, and Shifu was left extremely embittered and now treated The Five, including Tigress, his foster

daughter, distantly and harshly so that history won't repeat itself.

Meanwhile Tai Lung was free from prison. He destroyed the prison after he hear that Dragon

Warrior had been choosen. Zeng that ran away from Tai Lungs anger in prison, immediately tell about it

to Shifu. Then Shifu inform it to Oogway. But Oogway still believed that Po could defeat Tai Lung butShifu must train him first. And Oogway lost in the vision of Shifu, Oogway already reached the time and

then ascended to heaven in a cloud of peach blossoms. Shifu believed his master and tried to make Po

believe it too. So they started the training. Shifu realized that Food can be a good motivating for Po. So

Shifu use it as a positive reinforcement, Shifu successfully trains Po to incorporate these feats into a

makeshift yet effective kung fu style

At the same time, the Furious Five set out to stop Tai Lung. But they failed and defeated Tai

Lung by nerve strike skill. Shifu decided that Po was ready to receive the Dragon Scroll, but the scroll

revealed nothing but a blank, reflective surface. In despair, Shifu ordered Po and the Five to evacuate

the valley while he delayed Tai Lung as long as possible in a fight to the death. Distraught, The Five and

Po follow Shifu's direction, even though they knew he won't come out alive.

Po floud his father who, in an attempt to console him, reveals that the long-withheld secret

ingredient to his famous "secret ingredient soup" was nothing, explaining that things become special if

people believe them to be. Realizing that this concept was the entire point of the Dragon Scroll, Po

returned to confront Tai Lung, who had reached the palace and gravely injured Shifu, very nearly killing

him. Po proves to be a formidable challenge for Tai Lung as he tried to protect the Dragon Scroll,

especially as Po's fat body made Tai Lung's nerve strikes useless. Though the Dragon Scroll eventually fell

into Tai Lung's hands, he was unable to understand or accept its symbolic meaning, and Po ultimately

defeated him using the secret Wuxi Finger Hold.

Po was praised by the Valley of Peace and earned the respect of the Furious Five, who fully

acknowledge him as a true kung fu master. After the battle, Po run to his master place. Knowing that Tai

Lung had been defeated, Shifu was very happy and began the live with Po as a kungfu master.
