An Introduction��Ever since I grew up in Belgium, restaurants, bars and hotels have fascinated me. Whether it was the food element, the exotic cocktails, the grand entrance or the luxury accommodation, I was always interested how a team of people made a hospitality operation work so smoothly and efficiently. �Now 20 years later, I can answer that question without fail: it all has to do with planning, organization, having an eye for detail, teamwork, commitment and passion�

After completing my BA in hospitality management in 1993, I moved to London and worked for some of the most reputable hotels and hotel chains in the industry. �During an 11-year span, I  successfully held management positions for establishments such as The Dorchester, The Churchill, The MayFair, The Royal Garden, The Milestone Hotel and The Carlton Tower and worked for International companies such as IHG, Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and The Goodwood Group. ��In May 2003, I moved to Dubai with Jumeirah to be involved in the opening of its new flagship resort Madinat Jumeirah.�Since then, I have set up, managed and developed F&B divisions and restaurants for Emirates Golf Club, Emaar Hospitality Group and until recently Whissle (owning company for the award winning OKKU Dubai).�

Site Analysis�Location, Location, Location, …. Everyone has heard these 3 magical words before. We will analyze and advise viable options that suit your concept and that will make financial sense according to your budget.���Business Plan�Before you can approach investors and commit to a sizeable investment, your business plan will give financial clarity on your intentions. We can assist your senior management team with compiling  the initial training schedule so that we cover all areas for the opening of your business.
