4. CHAIRMAN'S DESK

Dear esteemed members of IMA-KSSS,

On behalf of the managing commi�ee I extend my

warm gree�ngs from IMA-Karnataka Social

Security Scheme , Hubballi to one and all . It is my honor to extend

warm gree�ngs from I MA-KSB also.

At the outset I on behalf of IMA-KSSS extend my hear�elt

condolences to the bereaved families of all the demise members

of IMA-KSSS since the last general body mee�ng.

I welcome you all to Special General Body mee�ng and

Annual General Body mee�ng of IMA-KSSS for the year 2016-17.

I am privileged and Honored to share my experiences as stChairman of IMA-KSSS during the 1 year of my tenure. At the

outset I must say that it was a pleasant experience to work with

the MC members and office staff of IMA-KSSS . The constant

support which managing commi�ee extended to me helped me a

lot in stream lining the ac�vi�es of IMA-KSSS. Due to constant

effort of each of the MC members, IMA-KSSS is marching further

gloriously. During the year we had 4 MC mee�ngs with

meaningful delibera�ons and ac�onable decisions. The complete

digitaliza�on of members data has helped us to minimize errors.

The process of collec�on of DFC-6 and DFC -1 SJ sailed through

smoothly with members co-opera�on. The process of enrollment

of new members to the both the scheme is steadily progressive

and mo�va�onal ac�vi�es by MC members are exemplary.

This year we gave death claim benefit to nominees of 10

demise members in Old exis�ng scheme amoun�ng to

Rs.1,09,64,250/- and to nominees of single demise member in

New Silver jubilee scheme amoun�ng to Rs.12,93,750/-.

The recent death claim benefit in Old exis�ng scheme is

Rs.1113000/- and in New Silver jubilee scheme is Rs.1293750/-.

We are proud to say that the nominees of late Dr.Prema V Pa�l ,

Jamkhandi who was member of both the scheme received total of

Rs.2391750/- .

This year managing commi�ee took a decision to invest the

funds of IMA-KSSS in mutual funds with maximum por�olio

investment in Govt. undertakings as per the Bye-law provisions

and decision of the MC mee�ng . The fund was invested in Govt.

Securi�es through mutual fund under the guidance of official

financial advisor of IMA-KSSS and we expect be�er returns with

tax indexa�on benefit.

With respect to fraudulent withdrawal of money which

happened during previous year, the court cases in High court of

Karnataka, Dharwad Bench, and State Consumer redressal forum

are progressing posi�vely.

The proposed amendments to bye-laws are a�ached

herewith in the annual report for delibera�ons in Special General

Body mee�ngs.

I extend my thanks to all the esteemed members of IMA-KSSS

for elec�ng me to serve and to extending their faith and support

during this period.

I must extend my sincere thanks to President IMA-KSB Dr.

Rajashekhar S Bellary, President Elect-Dr.Raveendra H.N.,

Immediate Past President DR.G.N.Prabhakara and members of

State Working Commi�ee and State Council of IMA-KSB for their

con�nuous support during the year.

I must thank my predecessor Chairman Dr.Nanjundaiah ,

Dr.K.C.Raju Reddy, Dr.A.S.Mantaganiker , Dr.P.V.Kanchi and

Dr.V.D.Sapare for their contribu�on to the growth of IMA-KSSS

over the years.

I must extend my special thanks to the founder Chairman and

Ex-Officio Dr.V.D.Sapare for his con�nuous efforts for the growth

of IMA-KSSS. At this juncture I cannot forget late Dr.B G Mudhol

and Dr.Vyasa Uchila, who have hugely contributed for

enrollment of members during earlier days.

Dear esteemed members of IMA-KSSS a

I am honoured and privileged to present

the Secretary's Report for the year 2016-17. I

congratulate all the new office bearers of IMA's KSSS for 2016-

2019. The new team of enthusias�c Managing Commi�ee

members is very much encouraging to the growth and financial

stability of our scheme.

The enrollment of new membership to old exis�ng Scheme

and New Silver Jubilee Scheme is as follows:

The DFC-6 and DFC-1 –SJ was collected from the month of Aril

to May 2017 for maximum of 10 Deaths accrued a�er the

previous DFC -5 collec�ons of old exis�ng scheme and one death

in new Silver jubilee scheme (Details enclosed).

The defaulter list in DFC -5 collec�ons has come to all �me low

of five members and only those five members have been

terminated from IMA-KSSS membership.

Only one member from old exis�ng scheme has taken re�rement

under voluntary re�rement scheme of IMA-KSSS. We have

refunded Rs.14,443/-(Rs fourteen thousand and four hundred

forty three only) to the concerned member as per the bye-law of

IMA-KSSS.

We were able to successfully revive 11 members from the

terminated list during this associa�on year. This year 235 senior

members of IMA-KSSS are comple�ng 25 years of their

membership (list a�ached).

IMA-KSSS has dishonored one death claim due to non

availability of IMA-KSB membership of the concerned member.

The decision of rejec�on of claim was taken a�er seeking the legal

opinion by managing commi�ee of IMA-KSSS.

As there were few member in IMA-KSSS without life

membership of IMA-KSB, IMA-KSSS successfully mo�vated many

of them to become life members of IMA-KSB during the recent

membership drive of IMA-KSB (July-2017). However as ten

members did not become life members on their own, IMA-KSSS

fecilitated their life membership of IMA-KSB with member's

consent by paying Rs.66,500/-( Rs sixty six thousand and five

hundred only) from IMA-KSSS accounts. This was done as per the

decision of the MC mee�ng to avoid further legal issues and IMA-

KSSS would be deduc�ng this amount without interest in due

course from their final claims.

The IMA-KSSS has disbursed death claim to nominees of ten

demise members in Old exis�ng scheme and one demise member

in New silver jubilee scheme since the previous annual general

body mee�ng. The total amount disbursed to the bereaved family

is Rs.1,09,64,250/- ( Rs one crore nine lakhs and sixty four

thousand and two fi�y only) in old exis�ng scheme and

Rs.12,93,750/- (Rs twelve lakhs and ninty three thousand and

seven fi�y only) in new silver jubilee scheme ( list a�ached).

The recent death claim benefit to single member in Old

exis�ng scheme is Rs.11,13,000/- ( Rs eleven lakhs and thirteen

thousand only) and in New Silver jubilee scheme is Rs.12,93,750/-

( Rs twelve lakhs and ninty three thousand and seven fi�y only).

The most significant development is the Death benefit given

to the nominees of late Dr.Prema V.Pa�l of Jamkhandi of

Rs.23,91,750/- ( Rs twenty three laksh and ninty one thousand

seven fi�y only) from both the schemes.

IMA-KSSS has disbursed pending amount of Rs.3,60,250/- ( Rs

three lakh sixty thousand and two hundred and fi�y only) to one

of the nominees of late Dr.B K Kurbet of Sankeshwar branch.

We successfully renewed accidental death benefit premium

of Rs.3,89,871/- ( Rs three lakh eighty nine thousand and eight

hundred and seventy one only) with Royal Sundaram General

insurance company , Bengaluru.

Recently the IMA-KSSS has invested Rs . 1 ,92,30,000/- ( Rs one

crore ninty two laksh and thirty thousand only) from old exis�ng

scheme and Rs.1,07,46,000/- (Rs one crore seven laksh forty six

thousand only ) from new silver jubilee scheme in Mutual funds

with maximum por�olio investment in Government undertakings

under the advise of Mr.Saji K S ,financial advisor of IMA-KSSS. The

details of investment is a�ached. With this we expect be�er long

term returns and tax indexa�on benefit as compared to fixed

deposits in banks.

Our office was shi�ed to the New well furnished and

digitalized premises in the same Building of IMA Hubballi. All the

data and details of the members of IMA's KSSS has been updated

in our dynamic website: www.imakssshubli.org

The Audited accounts along with the Balance Sheet and the

Budget proposal are submi�ed herewith. We have uploaded the

minutes of previous AGM and all the MC mee�ngs on our website

( imakssshubli.org).

The details of progress of court cases and inves�ga�ons in the

fraudulent withdrawals of money from IMA-KSSS accounts has

been separately a�ached.

I extend my sincere thanks to all the esteemed members of

IMA-KSSS who stood firmly with the scheme and extended

valuable advises and construc�ve cri�cism during the difficult

days of IMA-KSSS.

I extend my sincere thanks to Dr.Rajashekhar S. Bellary,

20. STATUS REPORT OF FRAUDULENT WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY

FROM IMA-KSSS BANK ACCOUNTS

As you all know the unfortunate incidence of fraudulent withdrawal of money from KSSS accounts to the tune of Rs. 47,16,515/- (Rs forty seven lacks sixteen thousand and five hundred and fi�een only) during the previous financial year. ,we would like to update the members regarding various court cases and status of complaint lodged with Sub urban police sta�on, Hubballi.

1) As police inves�ga�ons were ge�ng delayed despite best efforts of IMA KSSS we filed a writ pe��on in High Court of Karnataka Dharwad Bench seeking direc�ons from court to expedite the inves�ga�on process and to file a charge sheet at the earliest. Accordingly charge sheet has been filed and forged documents are sent for hand wri�ng verifica�on to Govt Forensic Science Laboratory and the results are awaited �me bound by march 2018.[ Advocate report (B) below].

2) The IMA KSSS has submi�ed all the required documents to inves�ga�on officer in support of its claim.

3) We have lodged complaints with state consumer redressal forum, Bengaluru against Canara bank, B N Nagara branch, Hubballi and Karnataka bank limited, NCM and Durgadbail branch, Hubballi and status of both complaints is given below in advocates report (A).

4) We have lodged addi�onal complaint to police making bank officials as accused.

5) The reports of forgery verifica�on from Govt approved private forensic lab (Truth lab, Bengaluru and JK Consultancy , New Delhi) have come in favour of IMA-KSSS and forged signatures are not matching with specimen signatures.

6) We have filed applica�ons under RTI to both the banks seeking various documents to gather documentary evidences. We have also collected video clippings of Bank withdrawals and submi�ed to inves�ga�on officer.

7) We have hired Mr Hanumareddy , High court advocate and Mr Yogesh Kumar and associates advocates, Bengaluru as our legal counsels. Till today we have paid advocate fee of Rs.1,05,000/- to Mr.Yogesh Kumar & Associates and Rs.40,000/- to Mr.Hanumareddy

ma�er listed on 15/02/2017 and on that day Hon'ble Court warned the

IO to file the charge sheet as expedi�ous as possible. Therea�er the

ma�er came to be listed on 08/03/2017 and on that day also court has

warned the IO and HCGP to file the charge sheet. I state that now I told

by HCGP that the charge sheet ids filed against the accused Bo.1 and 2

and showing the accused No.2 as absconding and same has to be

confirmed a�er obtaining the cer�fied copy of the charge sheet.

1. Significant Accoun�ng Policies:

a) Revenue Recogni�on: Admission Fees, Registra�on Fees and Renewal Fees are recognised as revenue in the year of receipt. Membership contribu�on, Accidental Benefit contribu�on and Death Fraternity contribu�on are recognised as Capital Receipt and added to Corpus Fund. Interest income has been recognised on accrual basis.

b) Deprecia�on: Deprecia�on for assets has been provided on wri�en down value basis.

c) Expenditure: All administra�on and other expenses including death claims paid are incurred out of Interest earned during the year and in case of any shor�all, the same shall be adjusted against the exis�ng Corpus Funds.

2. During the year Insurance payment made to Royal Sundaram for Silver Jublee members Rs.4,17,797 in which Rs.3,83,696 Insurance Premium is paid on Policy Rs.34,101 is available in the books as advance to Royal Sundaram Insurance Co.

3. During the year 2016-2017 Group Accident Fund Rs.5, 63,000 is collected by Silver Jubilee Members.

25. MINUTES OF ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING OF IMA KSSS

FOR THE YEAR 2015-16 HELD ON 04.11.2016 AT 3.00 PM

AT NAGARAJUNA HALL, SIDDHARTHA MEDICAL COLLEGE, TUMUKURU.

Mee�ng was called for order by the Chairman Dr V D Sapare.

Then the following points as per agenda were taken up for discussion at

the Annual General Body mee�ng.

AGENDA-1: Welcome by the Chairman:

Chairman Dr V D Sapare welcomed Dr G N Prabhakar,, the President

of IMA KSB and Dr R S Ballari, the President-elect IMA KSB to the dais. Dr

C D Kalburgi, Sr Vice-Chairman, Dr Y C Yogananda Reddy, Secretary, Dr S

B Lakkol, Joint Secretary, Dr V B Nitali, Jt.Secretary & Dr Mahesh Kumar

S, Treasurer were also welcomed to the dais. The Chairman introduced

Dr G N Prabhakar and Dr R S Ballari to the House. The Chairman

welcomed esteemed members of the Scheme, past Chairmen of IMA

KSSS, other office bearers of IMA KSSS and past Presidents and office

bearers of IMA KSB who were in the Annual General Body mee�ng.

Then the Chairman read out the “Man ki Bath” giving a total record of

ac�vi�es undertaken by him during the year. The Chairman expressed

extreme sa�sfac�on over membership drive in both the Schemes and

thanked whole-heartedly all the members who contributed to the

success of the membership drive.

This is a year of Silver Jubilee of IMA-KSSS. This is a great year for

remembrance of our past. If you forget the past, you bound to miss the

future. The IMA-KSSS was born at Badami, the ancient historical place

with auspicious blessings of Godess Banashankari, where Extra-

Ordinary GB of IMA-KSSS was held during 1989. I was most fortunate

and lucky person during that �me as I was the State President of IMA-

KSB. Just as a ship needs a captain, I too became first captain to serve

IMA-KSSS. Late Dr Gooranavar, Dr C D Kalburgi, Dr Uchila Vyas and Dr L S

Kulkarni lent their enthusias�c help which is like an electric current that

keeps IMA-KSSS’s engine of success consistently in mo�on..At ini�al

stage, this posi�ve mo�on became a great mo�va�ve force. The same

con�nuous mo�on and momentum was carried forward for the growth

of IMA-KSSS by my predecessor Chairmen Dr Nanjundiah, Dr K C

Rajureddy, Dr A S Mantaganiker and Dr P V Kanchi. I am indebted to all

of them for their contribu�on to the growth of IMA-KSSS. At this

juncture, I can’t forget Dr Mudhol, who has to be remembered or his

huge contribu�on for enrolment of members.

A�er taking over the office, my mind was always lurching to

implement more a�rac�ve huge amount towards the bereaved family

with a view to a�ract more and more members. With the help of

financial insurance advisers, I was able to seek and formulate a new

Scheme of Rs. 25 lakhs. I thought it appropriate to name it as “Silver

Jubilee Scheme” to commemorate the occasion of 25th year of IMA-

KSSS. Fixed a goal and kept an unwavering focus on it at all �mes to

achieve the target. I discussed whichever in my mind regarding Silver

Jubilee Scheme and interacted with some of the M C members. Every

one appreciated and gave encouragement which inspired and

translated me to implement the Silver Jubilee Scheme in �me bound

foo�ngs as follows:

(a) First MC mee�ng on 7.11.2013 the outlines of Silver Jubilee Scheme

were presented.

(b) Second MC mee�ng on 29.12.2013, Sub-Commi�ee for

amendment of IMA-KSSS by-laws headed by Dr A S Mantaganiker

was unanimously accepted.

(c) Proposal or amendment of IMA-KSSS by-laws necessary for Silver

Jubilee Scheme and details of proposed Silver Jubilee Scheme was

unanimously accepted.

(d) On 9.2.2014 a Special GB mee�ng was convened regarding

proposed amendments to by-laws of IMA-KSSS and Silver Jubilee

Scheme and details of proposed Silver Jubilee Scheme was

accepted.

(e) On 4th MC Mee�ng held on 16.3.2014 at Mysore, the Silver Jubilee

Scheme was inaugurated by Dr Y C Yogananda Reddy, President,

IMA-KSB by organizing a special func�on.

(f) Subsequently, the Chairman and MC Members visited many

branches of the State for promo�on of the Scheme. The Chairman

visited 144 IMA Branches of the State in 2 years alongwith President

of IMA-KSB.

(g) Provisional commencement of Silver Jubilee Scheme was

announced on 11.9.2016 at IMA, Dharwad Branch by Dr R S Bellary,

President-elect, IMA-KSB.

(h) Personal and Group Accident Benefit Scheme of Rs.10 lakhs came

into effect from 17.9.2016 for all enrolled members of Silver Jubilee

Scheme without considera�on of lock-in period (lock-in period will

be in force for other benefits of Silver Jubilee Scheme).

I would like to bring to your kind a�en�on which concern to all the

members and alarming too regarding future of IMA KSSS.

What does it mean ? Increase in death-rate, as a result ac�ve member

has to pay heavy amount towards Death Fraternity Contribu�on (DFC).

More burden on the member for this payment. Defaulters rate may also

increase substan�ally. No. of ac�ve members get reduced causing

substan�al fall from 40 to 50% in death benefit amount to the bereaved

family, which ul�mately will fail to a�ract new members to the Scheme

further. Unless every year equal number of young new doctors are

enrolled into IMA KSSS, the Old Exis�ng Scheme may neither be

sustainable nor viable. I request and appeal that each member to

introspect regarding this issue seriously. Kindly note, the members who

have completed 25 years have contributed only 5 DFCs which is a

meager amount. I request my fellow members to learn the art of giving

is a pleasure and taking is painful. I further request to read, recollect,

reflect and react your views on this issue.

The incident of fraudulent withdrawal of huge money through

forged cheques from IMA-KSSS accounts is like a storm and sunami. We

had shaken a bit transi�onally for a moment. However, we fought in a

right spirit with a great consciousness with impulse of courage and

precise line of ac�on like lodging of FIR, legal remedies. Some of the

cheques and FDs with forged signatures were sent to Forensic Lab for

signature verifica�on and in the report none of the signatures of

authorized signatories of IMA-KSSS tallied with the forged signatures on

the alleged cheques/FDs.. I am sure now we have gone to state

consumers court and we are fully confident that we will get back our

money with interest. We have accepted the challenge. We rejoice in

everything that the incident happened. Our team stood one, acted one.

I immensely thank to IMA-KSB State President Dr G N Prabhakara

and Dr R S Bellary, President-elect, IMA-KSB for their valuable guidance

from �me to �me. I am also thankful for the enthusias�c, magna�c

diligent hard working Secretary Dr Y C Yogananda Reddy. I also thank Dr

Dear esteemed members of IMA-KSSS,

Gree�ngs from IMA'S Karnataka Social Security Scheme, Hubballi to

one and all. It is my honour to extend warm gree�ngs from IMA

Karnataka State Baranch also.

Iam privileged and honoured to present the Secretary's report for

the year 2015-16.Though we started this year in a posi�ve note and lot

of vision, it was disappoin�ng to go through the cheque fraud case

which happened in IMA-KSSS during this financial year. But the courage

and encouragement given by the MC members and working commi�ee

of IMA Karnataka State Branch gave me special strength to handle the

crisis in a effec�ve way and allowed me to maintain the growth and

development of IMA-KSSS in a sustained manner. We are very much

confident of credi�ng back our lost money as the report on cheque

fraud has come in favour of IMA-KSSS. As bankers are totally laible in

such cheque fraud cases, we have gone to State Consumer Redressal

forum claiming for the recovery of the loss. We have also lodged

criminal case against the suspects of the fraud in Sub-urban police

Sta�on , Hubballi.

During this period ( 1/04/2015 to 25/09/2016) we had 9 managing

commi�ee mee�ngs (including 2 emergency MC mee�ng). All of them

were conducted with a purpose and aim to improve the scheme by

increasing the membership and financial stability and took decisions in

a methodical way. During this period we were able to extend death

claim benefit to 9 bereaved families of departed members �mely. The

death claim and se�lement during this period amounted to

Rs.9610050/- (list enclosed).

The death fraternity Contribu�on -5 (DFC-5) was collected in the

month of March to May 2016 for maximum of 7 deaths occurred a�er

the previous DFC-4 collec�ons (details enclosed).The most significant

development was launching of new silver jubilee scheme's death

benefit and personal accidental death benefit on 11/09/2016 at IMA

Dharwad. The IMA –KSSS has �ed up with Royal Sundaram General

Insurance Company for personal accident benefit for all the members of

New Silver Jubilee Scheme.

The audited accounts are submi�ed for your perusal and comments

along with the Balance sheet and Budget proposal.

The elec�ons are called for IMA-KSSS managing commi�ee for the

tenure 2016-19, which is in progress.

Dr. Honnegowda, immediate past president, DR.R S Bellary, President

IMA-KSSS

The Secretary brought out the details about status report which was sent to members regarding fraudulent withdrawal of huge money from the Bank accounts of IMA-KSSS. He also expressed his sincere thanks to all the members of IMA-KSSS for giving him courage and encouragement to carry out the ac�vi�es of IMA-KSSS despite non-coopera�on in the inves�ga�on by the Police. Secretary expressed anger and disappointment about the accused lady office staff who was responsible for fraudulent withdrawal of money.

The Secretary's report was accepted with following correc�ons:

(a) One death of Dr Chandrashekhar Gha�argi, SJ-43 in Silver Jubilee Scheme during lock in period to be men�oned and list to be corrected.

AGENDA-9: PRESENTATION AND ADOPTION OF THE AUDITED ACCOUTS FOR THEYEAR 2015-16:

Dr Mahesh Kumar S, the Treasurer presented the audited report including Balance Sheet of IMA KSSS for the year 2015-16. The members discussed about the suspense account regarding fraudulent withdrawal of money in detail. The secretary and Chairman explained about the ac�on taken regarding fraudulent withdrawal of money from KSSS account. The house was reminded about status report sent to members, FIR filed in sub- Urban police Sta�on and about complaint to State consumer Forum. The house unanimously accepted and appreciated the ac�on taken by the managing commi�ee of IMA KSSS.

A�er detailed discussions, the audited report, the balance sheet for

the year 2015-16 was approved by the Annual General Body. Proposed

by Dr Prakash Reddy and seconded by Dr C T Vijay Kumar.

AGENDA-10: APPOINTMENT OF AUDITOR AND FIXING THE

REMUNERATION:

The Managing Commi�ee as per its resolu�on submi�ed proposal

to appoint M/s Adarsh Shet & Associates, CA for the year 2016-17 on

remunera�on of Rs.25,000-00 for annual audi�ng, filing of Income Tax

return, appearing before the Income Tax authori�es on behalf of IMA-

KSSS, etc.. This was approved in the General Body mee�ng

unanimously.

AGENDA-11: BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2015-16:

The Treasurer put up the Budget proposals for the year 2016-17 as per

the details men�oned at page No.30 of Annual Report for 2015-16

before the General Body. A�er discussions, this budget was approved

by the General Body unanimously.

AGENDA-12: RATIFICATIONS OF THE RESOLUTIONS PASSED BY THE

MANAGING COMMITTEE DURING THE YEAR 2015-16:

The Secretary put all the financial resolu�ons passed by the

Managing Commi�ee held during the year 2015-16 for ra�fica�on of

the General Body. General Body a�er discussions in details, ra�fied all

the financial resolu�ons passed by the Managing Commi�ee held

during the year 2015-16 as follows:

1) The decrease in the tariff for the first three age groups of the Old

Exis�ng Scheme as per the MC mee�ng held on 11/09/2016 which

is as follows, has been ra�fied:

(2) Ra�fica�on of provisional commencement of Silver Jubilee Scheme

at IMA Branch, Dharwad on 11.9.2016 was unanimously approved.

(3) The contractual agreement with Royal Sundaram General Insurance

Company regarding personal accidental death benefit to members

of new silver jubilee scheme has been ra�fied.

(4) Ra�fica�on to incur legal expenses for recovery of fraudulently

withdrawn money was also unanimously approved.

AGENDA-13: ANY OTHER MATTER WITH PERMISSION OF THE CHAIR:

Hon.Secretary informed that there were no issues to be discussed and

adopted here.

At this juncture Office bearers and MC members of IMA-KSSS felicitated

the Chairman Dr.V D Sapare for his immense contribu�on towards

growth of IMA-KSSS.

AGENDA-14: Elec�ons to IMA-KSSS 2016-19:

Dr. A S Mantaganiker, the Returning Officer for IMA-KSSS Elec�ons

2016-19 brought out the following ma�ers to the General Body:

(1) He announced the elec�on procedure to be followed which was

displayed on the no�ce board.

(2) He announced the valid list of contestants for various posts of IMA-

KSSS, which was also displayed on the no�ce board.

(3) He declared unopposed elec�on to the following posts:

(a) 1st Vice-Chairman (b) 2nd Vice-Chairman (c) Secretary (d) Joint

Secretaries (e) Treasurer and (f) 14 MC members.

(4) Out of 4 contestants for the post of Chairman, 2 remained in the fray

viz., (1) Dr G K Ramachandrappa (2) Dr Y C Yogananda Reddy.

(5) He declared that a�er peaceful polling and coun�ng of ballots,

Dr Y.C. Yogananda Reddy was elected to the post of Chairman, IMA-

KSSS for 2016-19.
