JUDGES MUST BE FULLY TRAINED IN LAW SCHOOLS AND THEN

TRAINED IN THE APPLICATION OF JUSTICE ACCORDING TO THE

LAW AND NOT LAW ACCORDING TO THE BOOK

NO JUDGE WILL BE APPOINTED BY ANYONE. ALL JUDGES WILL

BE ELECTED TO OFFICE BY DIRECT VOTING ACCORDING TOTHEIR MERITS

THE FUNCTION OF THE JUDICIARY IS TO ENSURE JUSTICE FOR

ALL AND NOT TO ACT AS A LEGAL ARM OF A GOVERNMENT

LAWYERS WILL HAVE SEPARATE TRAINING EMPHASISING THE

IMPORTANCE OF ACHIEVING JUSTICE AND NOT JUST DEFENCE

OF THE ACCUSED OR THE INTERESTS OF THE CLAIMANT

specific problems to deal with and handed down to

them by the Top LegalExpert in the ExpertCabinet. The laws (including any alternatives) will

be then passed to the Cyberspace Department to
