Only Admin can view all the records. U1 & U2 records can be see only by the Manager 1 & Admin. U3 & U4 records can be seen only by the Manager 2 & Admin. Users can only view the records they created & related records only. Manager created & related records can only be visible to Admin not by other Mangers & Users.

If Manager 2 (Purchase Group) is also assigned to (Sales Group) then he can able to see both the U1 & U2 records, but he cant able to see records created by Manager 1(Sales Group) unless he is related & vice-versa

DEFAULT WORKFLOW AUTOMATIONSInvoice:- On field update, Paid Amount > 0 Paid Amount < Net Total Balance Amount > 0Payment Status of Invoice should be updated to Partially Received

Invoice:- On field update, Paid Amount >= Net TotalPayment Status of Invoice should be updated to Received

Invoice:- On field update, Paid Amount = 0 Balance Amount > 0Payment Status of Invoice should be updated to Not Received

Invoice:- On dissociating Payments, If the Status(Payment) is Received In Invoice, Paid Amount should be subtracted to the Amount(Payments)

Payments:- On field update, Amount >= 0 Status(Payments) = ReceivedIn Invoice, Paid Amount should be modified based on the Amount(Payments)

TAX & DISCOUNTS Set the Tax & Discounts in Settings according to your flow. You can add % or Flat Rate tax and discount values. For New Record creation it will take the Global value of Tax & Discounts. For any change in Tax & Discounts values in Settings; wouldnt affect the previous record values. Manual change in Tax & Discount can be done in the overview page of the particular record. On Generating & Duplicating the records it takes the values of the respective records.

TICKETS Following methods of Ticket creation:-1. Web to Ticket 2. Trouble ticket settings (Dropbox )3. From Telephony Inbox4. From Cloud Telephony Integration Settings. Collaborate with Team You can discuss about the ticket with your team. Client Updates Here you can update the clients query through their source mail id. Able to see attachments updated by the clients.

CONDITIONS & CRITERIA

Lead can also be created through Telephony Inbox, Web to Lead, Campaign. Contacts can also be created through Kartrocket Orders. Subscription List can also be created through list page of people oriented modules and campaigns For customer self-service users, can able to view their records and related records, but they cant able to modify/delete. Default for Customer Self-service module:- support module, Ticket, Notifications, Sales For Members: - Settings will not available & they can view Public Dashboard/Reports but they cant edit it. If Invoice module is unselected from Sales order Settings then payment module shouldnt be visible. If Invoice module is selected from Sales order settings and if one-time payment is selected then the payment module shouldnt be visible. Instead payment can be entered manually. In Sales order settings-> Inventory tracking; if Required option is selected then we can able to add the quantity of the item (Inventory). If Not Required option is selected then we cant able to add the quantity of the item (Inventory). For Trial user Subscription List is limited to 100. Once mandrill app is activated it will not get expired.(Even for trial users) From List Page: - Mass Mailing is restricted to 10 users. System Automations will not be displayed for other users rather than Admin. The SMS will not be triggered, when we enter number manually. Unknown mail format will give you warning message when you send mail. Notifications:- Activities Remind me before Discussion in Tickets. Add Track Settings -> Portal Management will be visible only for Navrita Admin.
