Job Description >> ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Domain / Function expertise in either Healthcare, Pharma , Life Sciences , Automobile or Manufacturing. Understand basic business processes and value add assets like KPIS, Maturity models, Leading practices etc. for their sector / functions. Work with MC Backbone CoE lead to develop, upload and maintain insight assets on sector / function wiki sites. Support the coordination, harvesting and deployment of insights/ assets across transformation projects/ engagements • Liaises with the Global Insights lead and other Global MC strategy program leads to facilitate completion of project activities against the project plan • Work with the MC Backbone CoE lead to develop standards, terms of reference and engagement SLA’s for the program • Understanding deviations from the approved arti‐facts standards/ notations and suggesting & making appropriate changes to conform to the agreed standards Share 0 Like Be the first of your friends to like this.
