PRO TIP! Cut pages into easy-to-handle chunks before doing your �ne-tune trimming of each piece.
Carefully cut out the front piece with scissors.
Pick the piece up and turn it over to its blank side. You should be able to see the crease indentions from step 2.
Fold over the center panel along your pre-made creases.
Fold over the side �aps and a�x to glued areas, being mindful not to crush the boxy shape of the front piece.

PRO TIP! You can slide the back piece over your hand like a mitten to make gluing easier!

The BACK PIECE has labels showing you where to glue the accent pieces in place. Just use the words to match things up like a puzzle.
Add glue to the interior sides of the front and back pieces and “sandwich” them together.
Add glue to front and back of your astronaut where the panel and hose ends will connect.

Attach the panel and hose by wrapping it around the astronaut.

Draw a picture on this �ag of the thing you are striving to accomplish and then start moving towards your goal with “ONE SMALL STEP!”

Cut, fold, and glue the character’s backpack into it’s boxy shape using the same method as you used for the front and back pieces. Then glue it to the back where indicated!
The �nal step is to make your �ag by folding the pole in half, adding glue to the inside, inserting the banner of your choice, and then closing it up. Add some glue to the back side of the astronaut’s left hand and a�x �ag in place.
