Conference fee The conference fee of 100 EUR includes a welcome party, coffee breaks, abstract volume, a conference excursion, and other conference facilities, and is payable on site or by bank transfer. Conference excursion

Botanical garden & greenhouses tour. One-day (7 – 8 hours, September 27) botanical & cultural excursion to St Petersburg

surroundings (with lunch stop payable on site). Travel and accommodation There are several reasonably priced hotels within short walking distance from the conference venue. The international airport Pulkovo is connected to the City Centre by public transport. More details on accommodation and transport will be sent to you after the registration. September 28th - October 1st Field trip to Kirovsk (Murmansk region)

We offer a field trip to the Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden-Institute located north of the Polar Circle, in the Kirovsk town (Murmansk region). The Polar-Alpine Botanical Garden is situated on the slopes of the Khibiny Mountains and was founded in 1931. It has a special ecological path leading to the top of a mountain and you can watch how types of plants are changing passing five different altitudinal zones. The costs of the field trip will be around 230 EUR, based on the actual exchange rate. Additional information will be sent to you after registration.
