§  What  are  the  Knowledge  Strategy  elements?  What  makes  Knowledge  Strategy  work?    §  Intellectual  capital  management/knowledge  management  (KM)  –    

“working  with  knowledge”  §  Knowledge  services  –  converges  informa9on  management,  

knowledge  management,  and  strategic  learning  –  “the  prac%cal  side  of  KM”
