RULES & REGULATIONS: Make a Drawing or Collage Drawing must be free hand, not traced Drawing/Collages Paper cannot be larger than 8.5 X 14 inches Magazine pictures, fabrics, glitter, sequins, leaves, bark, wool or any other medium
