PRECISION GROUND BearingsWe have redesigned our nylonball bearing wheels & hangers. The new and improved hangers will now be supplied with our new precision ground bearings. These new precision ground bearings will easily handle the same load capacity (weight) but are virtually silent and incredibly smooth. We have cycle tested* our new hangers to the equivalent of over 30 years of normal use (over 150,000 cycles) without experiencing any measurable wear or increase in noise.* One cycle = one opening and one closing of the door

THE NEW CURVED door track system departs from the traditional boxy ofce look and enables interesting spaces to be created using curved walls and doors. It is ideal for all pocket door applications. Concealed doors create a more spacious looking environment. Sliding doors, whether curved or straight, save tremendous amounts of oor space compared to hinged doors. Curved tracks can be top mounted and Side-Mount brackets are available for wall-mounted applications. Almost all tracks and guide channels can be curved to meet the exact specied dimensions. C-810S Hanger is a modified version of our standard C-810 Hanger which provides minimal clearance between bottom of track and top of door. This feature also prevents objects from interfering with the hangers.

THIS PAGE SHOWS A COMPLETE SIDE-MOUNT HIGH SECURITY DOOR SYSTEM. With ournew C-108S track mounted to the wall, the door would be hung using our modied C-810S Hanger. Using our C-914 Guide Channel recessed in the bottom of the door in conjunction with our CSM-913-2HD Side-Mount Guide results in rigidity and stability at the bottom of the door without obstructions on the oor. Using our new C-110S Snap-on Fascia and fastening it to the track with tamper proof torx bolts creates a xed and solid system that cannot be tampered with. For high security sliding door lock, our C-90L-CC Lock and Pull completes the system (see pages 7275 for more details). This system allows for a minimal clearance of 3/16" [4.8mm] between the door and underside of the track which also reduces light and sound entry. It will also allow minimal costs on materials and time when hiding the track and hanger in a bulk head.
