Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Set a target by having a score between 1 and 100– Parameters • Scores below 20 indicate light users with very little

influence• Scores around 30 indicate regular users with moderate

influence• Scores of 60 or over indicate that a user is very

influential in the social media and online world– These are found by analyzing a variety of social networks
