North West medical doctor Thato Mosehle from Klerksdorp was involved with the Nelson Mandela Foundation, visiting destitute families and distributing food parcels to them in Potchefstroom, which she found moving, uplifting and very good for the soul. Miss South Africa Organisation CEO, Stephanie Weil: “We are so proud of all the girls, who willingly, and with much enthu- siasm, gave of their time to make a difference on Mandela Day.” Klerksdorp Midweek, Wolmaransstad - The Wolmaransstad police are investigating a case of culpable homicide after the vehicle in which two police officials and a civilian were travelling, col- lided head-on with a truck. According to the North West police spokesperson Brig Sabata Mokgwabone, the accident happened along the R540 (Leeudoringstad-Wolmaransstad) road at approximately 10:35 on Wednesday 15 July. Brig Mokgwabone confirmed that the victims, Sgt Thys Kgaratsi and Sgt Daniel Sethibe are sta- tioned at Public Order Police unit. Klerksdorp Midweek learnt that the police offi- cers were involved in an operation when they were alerted about a vehicle that was involved in an armed robbery around Wolmaransstad. They managed to track the car down on the Leeudoringstad Road. The Provincial Commissioner of North West, Lt Genl Sello Kwena con- veyed his mes- sage of condo- lences to all the families. tised positions were four months ago, in March.In that advertisement it was stated that
17 April 2020 is the closing date for the applications’ submission but as a result of Covid-19 enforced lockdown, the deadline

Sizile Mpolokeng warns potential can-didates that the Department has not advertised any posi-tions posts since then and with that deadline. “We are, there-
fore, advising potential candidates to ignore these fake advertised posts. It is for that reason that the Depart-
ment’s Human Resource Management will not accept any employment applica-tions with a closing date of 17 July 2020,”
warned Mpolokeng.Any future posi-
tions shall be adver-tised as per normal channels including the Department’s website, government emails, through print and online-media platforms as well as on official Departmental social media pages.
