Modular Footwear:Taking styles from our Stock - ‘Off the Shelf’- and High Streetrange we have created a selection of footwear that allows you to customize the last, uppers and soles to further refine the qualityof fit for your clients. An index of the standard modifications youcan apply to our footwear can be seen on page 21.

To ease the process of choosing the correct last we provide a sale or return fitting stock. We recommend this as an effective way to eliminate costly and time consuming rough fitting stages.

You can also send a full set of BS5943:1980 Orthopaedic Shoe measurements. From this we are able to choose the last andcorrect modifications to produce well-fitted shoes.

On request we will produce the footwear to a fitting stage. These items ready for delivery 10 – 15 working days.

Adaptation:We offer a full adaptation service to our footwear whenmanufacturing which will allow us to match the colour and material giving a superior cosmetic appearance and quality of finish.

PLEASE NOTE:Once the shoes have been adapted the footwear is NOT RETURNABLE.

Diabetic:With the availability to modify our footwear you are able tospecify your Diabetic Specification. Our recommended Diabetic Spec: padded collar, rim toe puff, natural material lining with minimal seams.

Stock ‘Off the Shelf’Our stylish range of stock ‘Off the Shelf’ shoes - including Ladies,Gents, Children, KMS and Rehab prescription footwear can be ordered using our Medical Folder Catalogue. Bespoke:If you require bespoke footwear please send your scans,measurements reflecting BSI number BS5943:1980, drafts, foam impressions or casts as you prefer. Shoes will be produced at our modern factory.

Technology:Over the years we have invested in our equipment to improve quality, cosmesis and delivery time. We accept foot scans which can be incorporated into our CADCAM software to produce wellfitting footwear. If you wish to use this option please contact usfor more information.

Some clients require footwear where the last or the shoe needs to be modified to offer comfort, protection or assistance. With FIA you can customise footwear to the needs of your clients. The modification and adjustments to range of footwear isoffered on our Ladies Ortho and Gents Classic 3 Width range and also our Mette Last. If a full set of BS Standard Measurements are sent with depth of insoles to be used we will choose the Last Width and modifications needed either to rough fit or complete as you request. Please use Order Form on page 22.

Please see above for standard modification to Last. They are available in 3mm, 6mm and 9mm to above locations. Combinations of above can be made out to 12mm per Last maximum. For this service please use order form on page 23. For choices of colour please see the FIA Colour Chart opposite. In addition, colours from the Klaveness models in our full Medical Catalogue can be ordered. See colour codes under actual model.

For Boots: Please measure circumference at Malleoli and height of 140mm

Colours are determined by material. If the product is to be produced in different materials this will be indicated by the colour combination written as “/” between the colour numbers (eg. 202/206). The ranking of the colour numbers is executed from the toe to the heel part. Please note that colours on this card may differ slightly from the originalleather colour.
