In order to increase oil and gas production, PT Pertamina EP Region Sumatra built new Water Treatment Plant at Struktur Ketaling Barat, Area Jambi. This field located approximately 40 KM, east of Kodya Jambi, and usage for accommodate and separate between oil and water from oil wells at Struktur Ketaling Barat and planned for the capacity of 10,000 barrel per day.

This facilities consist of: - Pipeline system, diameter 8”, 10” and 12”, with the total length of 6000 meters.- 5 EA Tank with capacity of 3500 barel, consist of Oil tank, Water tank and Test tank- 1 EA FWKO- 1 EA Gas Scrubber, #300, diameter 800 mm, height 2100 mm- 3 EA Separator, #300, diameter 1100 mm, length 2400 mm

The scope of work including surface preparation, blasting, painting, coating, civil work, NDT test, etc

EPC CNG PLANT JAKABARING - PALEMBANG

The facility was built with the objective to supply gas for PLTG Jakabaring; Gas Turbine operation based; for Peak hours (6 hours from 18:00 to 24:00 each day). During 18 hours (00:00 to 18:00) the coming gas (from MEDCO through Pertagas Pipeline), 3 MMSCFD, 30 bar, are compressed and stored at 250 bar pressure. During peak hours, the stored gas is depressurized into 27-30 bar and flow to PLTG 40MW.

The scope including Engineering, Procurement, Construction for CNG Plant including Civil & Structure works, Mechanical Installation, Piping works, Electrical & Instrument works, Commissioning & Start-Up.

GROUND FLARE FACILITIES PROJECT EXPERIENCE

CLIENT :PT INDOLAS PRATAMA – PERTAMINA EP REGION JAWAPROJECT TITLE :EPC OF HORIZONTAL GROUND FLARE FACILITIES AT TAMBUN AREA FIELD SUBANGPROJECT DURATION : April – Oct 2007SCOPE OF WORK :DESIGN, PROCUREMENT, FABRICATION, CONSTRUCTION, COMMISSIONING, START UP

Tambun Area has existing flare stack with capacity 15 MMSCFD. However this flare system has been considered to cause danger for the Pertamina personnel work inside plant (very small area), control room near the flare, and environment beside of plant (residence, agriculture plant, etc.). This is because the heat radiation, gas radiation and noise radiation because of height of stack.

Hence Pertamina EP plans to replace the existing flare stack and build new Ground Horizontal Flare at Tambun Area Field Subang capable to handling 15 MMSCFD gas relief. The flare pit numbers divided into 18 points. Around of these flare pits had been built concrete wall/fencing with height of 3m.

The overall project scope including design, procurement, fabrication and construction of flare pit, KO Drum, piping system, tie-ins to existing flare line pipe, pumping system, control panel, civil construction (land/ground preparation, etc.), drainage, lightning & grounding system, commissioning and start up.

TOPSIDE PROCESS EQUIPMENT PROJECT C/W ENGINEERING SUBSEA PIPELINE AND SKID PACKAGE SYSTEM

Glagah Kambuna field located approximately 70 km offshore North East of Medan, North Sumatera. The development consist of Wellhead Platform (produce gas and condensate), 57 km 14” offshore pipeline, Onshore Receiving Facilities, and Onshore pipeline.

The topside process facilities consist of: Production Wells WHK-02/03/04, one flow line per well (each containing a flow meter, chemical injection points and actuated choke valve, check valve and header isolation valve), a production header (containing corrosion coupon, chemical injection, temperature indication, 2-out-of-3 pressure indication/ESD points), pig launcher and pig receiver (onshore), last valve-off shutdown valve, open drain tank (c/w drain hose reel), vent system, WHCP (hydraulic c/w N2 pressured fusible loop fire detection), N2 bottle tanks, instrument gas system (including scrubber, relief, drain, shut-down and nitrogen back-up), corrosion inhibitor & methanol injection systems, piping system, power system (including solar panels/regulator and battery bank), PLC communication panel, base for 20m antenna mono-pole, pedestal crane.

The scope also including: detail engineering, fabrication, construction, blasting painting, piping system, QA/QC, NDT, sea-fastening, transportation, mob-demob, calibration, testing, inspection, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, etc.

The scope of work is including delivery to BP Marunda warehouse and on site installation supervision and commissioning.

The pig launcher receiver size varies from 8 to 10 inch; design for vertical and horizontal installation position, complete with Closure (quick opening closure), painting and coating with BP offshore standard, and hydro test testing (MIGAS certification).

The facility was built with the objective to supply gas for PLTG Duri; Gas Turbine operation based; for Peak hours (6 hours from 18:00 to 24:00 each day). During 18 hours (00:00 to 18:00) the coming gas 6 MMSCFD, 30 bar, are compressed and stored at 250 bar pressure. During peak hours, the stored gas is depressurized into 27-30 bar and flow to PLTG.
