The standard provides greater flexibility for contractors in compliance but requirescorrespondingly greater competence in providing goalbased arguments and evidence for the safety of systems. This two day course explains the fundamental concepts ofthe new standard and will deliver the understanding andguidance on compliance.

Course OverviewThrough a mixture of presentations and “hands-on” exercisesthe course will introduce the principles and structure of thenew standard, provide guidance on how to formulatecompliant safety arguments (especially for complexelectronic systems), and discuss how to appropriately selectevidence.
