The tricolour was unfurled by a junior most old employee Mr. R.N Singh of MCK Group. It has been said that MCK believe in brother- hood, equality and humanity, they wanted to convey a message to all that we all are equal and one team for one goal. Employees of BF Mechanical (Mr. Sagar Parab, Mr. Naresh Shirodkar, Mr Kishore Sal- gaonkar and their team sang National An- them.) Mr. V.B. Singh, Mr. Vijay Khanzode, Mr. P.A. Nasar, Mr. Mahesh Mahajan, Mr. P V Jayaprakash and Mr P V Kalluraya ad- dressed the gathering on this occasion. While addressing the gathering, Mr. Vijay Khanzode spoke about future goals and targets taken in terms of performance as well as various steps being taken to meet the targets. In his speech, Mr. V B Singh spoke about Indian freedom struggle and how it was led by people belonging to differing views and opinions. He also spoke about the history of Indian culture and how it imbibed men from various schools of thoughts. Today, we need to analyze and think whether we are in the right direction or not. 67th INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATED.

Independence Day was celebrated at MCK KUTTY ENGINEERS PVT LTD. The celebration was held in a dignified man-ner befitting the occasion. It began at 8:30 am. The tricolour was unfurled by a junior most old employee Mr. R.N Singh of MCK Group. It has been said that MCK believe in brother-hood, equality and humanity, they wanted to convey a message to all that we all are equal and one team for one goal. Employees of MCK Kutty Engineers working in BF Operation and SP Opera-tion performed well during the month of June and July 2013.. Because of their good performance inspite of all ad-verse condition produced a record pro-duction. It was a team work and to motivate employees certificate of ap-preciation given to 33 employees. 3.Planning means the thinking stage before leaders make deci-sions or start the ac-tion. Effective action requires planning. Without proper plan-ning, results depend upon luck or hoped for events just to happen. When jobs go wrong, frequently the blame lies in lack of plan-ning or enough thinking done beforehand.

4.Planning advances the work smoothly, with-out making group members feel they are being pushed.

5.Planning, however, does not eliminate all risks. All progress in-volves risk-taking. Good planning takes the right risks at the right time. Steps in the Planning Process While developing an effective plan, leaders need to ask these questions, What must be done ? means - Checks with given objectives, in-cludes all necessary re-sources Why must it be done? Means Is the work really needed? Can use of resources be justified. Where should it be

P lann ing for achievement takes place by looking ahead so that leaders can visualize and decide on a course of action to achieve a de-sired re-sult.

2.Planning, a basic ac-tivity of managerial leader-ship, involves a great deal of thought, study, and pre-
