Prices

All prices are in Euro and are ex-works Delft and ex-taxes.

Prices are per single unit unless otherwise listed.

Note: Orders of less than 50.00 Euro incur a charge of

15.00 for administration costs, except where noted.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Please note that for service orders within the European

Union we are required to charge Value Added Tax (VAT)

on the labour content, at the rate currently in force in

The Netherlands.

Validity

This price list is valid for quotations and pro-forma

invoices made by Kipp & Zonen or its representatives

from 1 April 2014 until 31 December 2014, subject to

changes that will be notified in advance in the form of

an updated price list with a later issue letter.

Shipping

Please specify INCOTERMS for delivery and shipping

address, where applicable, in order for us to quote for

shipping and insurance costs. These will be itemised

on quotations and proforma invoices.

Special Documents

If special documentation, such as a notarised Certificate

of Origin, is required by the customer or for customs

purposes the documentation fees will be itemised on

quotations and proforma invoices.

CE CertificationAll products in this price list have appropriate CE

certification.

Quality

Kipp & Zonen B.V. is an ISO 9001:2008 certified

company.

Warranty

All spare parts in this price list have a 2 year warranty

valid from the date of invoice. Warranty on desiccant

and repairs is 3 months from the date of invoice.

Calibration

All factory tests and calibrations of customer radiometers

are carried out using the same equipment and procedures

as for new instruments and are delivered with appropriate

certificates. Calibration is valid for 1 year from first use,

subject to the variations in performance due to specificoperating conditions that are given in the instrument

specifications. Calibration is recommended every 2 years.

For calibration please quote the part number plus the

instrument model and serial number.

Delivery Time

Tests and calibrations of customer radiometers are

scheduled in with new instrument production. The

delivery time depends upon the individual product

and the test or calibration required.

Specification

The specifications quoted in the price list are correct

at the date of issue. Kipp & Zonen reserves the right to

change specifications without notice due to product

changes and improvements. For this reason there may

sometimes be dierences between the price list and

the published brochures.

After some types of repair a factory test and/or calibration must be carried out and this is shown where required. The test and/or calibration is not

Connector ConversionsFor radiometers with captive cables fitted in glands, and for older CSD 3 and UVS, the original style of cable is no longer available. These instruments

can be converted at the factory to use the latest style metal plugs with yellow cables. Instruments with plastic cable glands have an adaptor fitted for

the connector socket, instruments with metal cable glands have the housing modified and the socket fitted directly to the housing.

Note: The part numbers and prices below do not include a plug and cable. Matching plugs having the correct number of pins and with cable(s) of the desired
