Kinlock Infill Development Thanks to everyone who aended the community workshop on 3rd December 2019 at Lynwood Chrisan Church. Over 70 local residents aended, and Yolk Property Group, together with the project team, would like to thank everyone that parcipated and provided their feedback. The following informaon provides a summary of key aspects raised by parcipants, and it is acknowledged that not all items discussed on the night may be listed. We confirm that all informaon raised by the Community at the workshop, will be considered in the preparaon of a plan for the site and progressing the development. Community values To inform our planning and design process we asked what you valued about living in Ferndale. The most frequently menoned responses included: » The people (everyone knows their neighbours, good community feel, the populaon is diverse). » The locaon (close to aracons and amenies such as the river and Carousel shopping centre, peaceful). » The natural environment (greenspace, trees, shade and birdlife). Next Steps The project team will now consider this feedback as they work through the planning and design process In early 2020, the project team will hold a Community Informaon Session to present the subdivision plan to the community prior to it being lodged with Council. This will outline how the community’s feedback has influenced the project’s final planning and design. Social and cultural recognion Ideas to recognise the previous use of the site as Kinlock Primary School included: » recreang the mural from the primary school; » naming streets aſter the school facons; » the estate could be named “Kinlock” aſter the school; and » incorporang the school emblem of the black swan. Thanks to everyone who attended the community workshop on 3rd December 2019 at Lynwood Christian Church. Over 70 local residents attended, and Yolk Property Group, together with the project team, would like to thank everyone that participated and provided their feedback.

The following information provides a summary of key aspects raised by participants, and it is acknowledged that not all items discussed on the night may be listed. We confirm that all information raised by the Community at the workshop, will be considered in the preparation of a plan for the site and progressing the development.

• Indicative timeframes for the project are as follows:

• November to December 2019: Commence community engagement to inform the design process

• February 2020: Finalise subdivision design and inform community

• February 2020: Submit subdivision application for approval to the Western Australian Planning Commission

• Mid to late 2020: Commence Stage 1 construction
