At Kingsholm we always guarantee you fantastic food and service along with a vibrant and awe-inspiring atmosphere which makes Gloucester Rugby the venue of choice for your Christmas party.

Kingsholm is the perfect venue to celebrate Christmas with your friends and colleagues, with dinner served in the magnificent 1873 Ricoh Lounge and floodlit views of the famous Kingholm turf and Gloucester Catherdral.

Celebrate in style and reward your colleagues and associates with a celebratory night to remember at the world famous home of Gloucester Rugby.

Your evening starts at 7pm with the opportunity to meet over a glass of Bucks Fizz in the Abbey Business Lounge. At 7.45pm your host for the evening will take you to the 1873 Ricoh Lounge for dinner, followed by a festive disco.

Carriages are at 12.30am from Monday to Thursday and extended to 1am for Friday and Saturday party nights.

Lunch

Kingsholm also offers a unique venue to host your Christmas lunch. Treat your clients, staff, family or friends to a Christmas lunch with a difference. We can’t guarantee snow, but we can guarantee a magical experience at Kingsholm.

LunchChoose two courses from our Christmas Menu (choose from starter and main or main and dessert, see page 6) for £24.95 and we’ll include crackers, mince pies and coffee. Lunches are available Monday to Friday. Call us on 01452 872269 for availability and to book. A £15.00 deposit per person will be required to secure your booking.This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

BookingCan we arrange an account on the bar?This can be arranged on the evening of your party or when you arrive for lunch. Credit card details will be required and you will be charged at the end of the evening or your lunch.

What will happen in the case of inclement weather?We would only cancel an event in extreme circumstances. Should this be necessary we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient alternative date, subject to availability.

Do I need to pre-order wine?We strongly recommend that you pre-order to ensure you have something to drink when you arrive at your table. We will send you a wine list nearer the date of your party/lunch.

Can we park at Kingsholm and leave cars overnight?Parking is available in the main car park. Overnight parking can be arranged in advance by calling us on 01452 872269.
