FIGURE 8 DRIBBLEACTIVITY #1 - Player will complete 2 Figure 8 dribbling sequences using the INSIDE, OUTSIDE and/or BOTTOM/SOLE of both feet for time OR Player will do as many Figure 8's as possible in under 30 seconds. 1 point awarded per cone passed. - Both tests start as soon as the player touches the ball forward.

**Cones are not necessary. Water bottles, bags, other balls, etc. can be used.

ROLLING CHALLENGE1.) Facing the cone, the player will ROLL the ball ACROSS his body using the SOLE of his RIGHT foot to the far cone. 2.) Facing the same way, the player will ROLL the ball ACROSS his body using the SOLE of his LEFT foot back. 3.) Facing backwards, the player will use the SOLE of his RIGHT foot to roll/drag the ball BACKWARDS to the far cone. 4.) Facing backwards again, the player will use the SOLE of his LEFT foot to roll/drag the ball BACKWARDS to return to the first cone. **Cones are not necessary. Water bottles, bags, other balls, etc. can be used.

DRIBBLE FOR SPEEDPlayer is to complete 4 laps (down and back 2x) at top speed and perform different dribble turns (3) when he reaches the cones. - The timer should start as soon as the player touches the ball forward and the timer should stop once he dribbles through the set of cones where he started.

PASSING & RECEIVINGProgression #1 - To start the player will stand behind and to the LEFT of the cone. - He will then receive a pass using the INSIDE of the RIGHT foot to push it slightly past the cone. - Once the ball is past the cone, he will return the pass using the INSIDE of the RIGHT foot. - The player will now be standing to the RIGHT of the cone and will do the same movement back but with the INSIDE of the LEFT foot to receive and the INSIDE of the LEFT foot to pass it back to the other player/parent. - This should be done at maximum speed for 45 secs.

Progression #2 - Using the same setup, the player will now receive the ball with the OUTSIDE of his RIGHT foot and return the ball using the INSIDE of his RIGHT foot. Repeat the same as above using the LEFT foot back. - This should be done at maximum speed for 45 secs.

Progression #3 - Using the same setup, the player will now ROLL(using the SOLE of the foot) the ball directly across his body using his LEFT foot and - Return the pass using either the INSIDE of the RIGHT foot OR the OUTSIDE of the LEFT foot. - Repeat the same as above using the RIGHT foot to roll the ball back. -This should be done at maximum speed for 45 seconds.

**Cones are not necessary. Water bottles, bags, other balls, etc. can be used.
