THE JOSHUA GENERATION“Moses My servant is dead. So now arise [ take his place], go over this Jordan, you and all this

people, into the land which I am giving to them, the Israelites. 3) Every place upon which the soleof your foot shall t read, that have I given to you, as I promised Moses.” Josh. 1:2-3

Newly Consecrated Ministers in Training: Dec 10, 2011

Felsha Penn, Olivia Saunders, Christal Penn, Melanie Blake, Brian Mayfield, Tasha Hoskins Every minister in training was required to do a sermon, rightly dividing the word, to show diligence, dedication, and to allow the stirring up of the gifts of the spirit that may lay dormant inside.

Melanie Blake 9 yrs old: KRMI: Question, how has your life been changed since you have become to Kingdom RestorersMinistry

Melanie: “What changed since being with KRMI is that I have become a disciple of Jesus, I serveand work in the ministry on the praise team, hospitality and I did my first Sermon! God had toldme on January 1, 2011, “it is time to do your initial sermon and the subject is, “getting in positionto pray.” God has changed my life since I have been under the prophetic teaching andleadership of Pastor Michelle Ragland at KRMI, and he will change your life too.

KRMI: What was the topic of your Sermon?  Melanie: “Getting in position to pray!” 1 Kings 8:28-30, “Prayer is communicating intimately with God! We all want God to hear our

prayers of forgiveness and to bless us and we have to know that there is power in our prayers. King Solomon was praying on behalf of the kingdom asking God to hear his supplications, to forgive their sins, and to dwell among them. We must pray for one another in the body, those in theworld to have salvation and for ourselves. The position we must be in is, self-less, self-sacrificingand with love, believing that God is able to do what we request.”

Serves as: Worship Minister, Prophetic Dance, Usher, Armor Bearer to the Pastor.

hand. 8) Heal the sick, cleanse

the lepers, raise the dead, cast

“Go therefore……..”

Kingdom Restorers Ministry is walking

out the mandate given by God to

Restorer the love for God back to the

hearts of man through the work of the

Commission (Matt. 28:18-20).

Monthly we go into the community that

the Lord has blessed us with and knock

on doors, ministering to the people the

hope, redeeming, restoring gospel of

Jesus Christ. In this experience we have

seen many touched by the Holy Spirit, giving their lives to Christ and being

filled with the Holy Spirit of God!

December 24, 2011, we evangelized the

community by singing Christmas Carols,

and distributing cards, toys and gifts to

the teens and young children in the

area. It was truly a blessing.

What is our Assignment as a Church? Pastor Michelle RaglandRestoring the kingdom? Acts 1:6, “Therefore when they had come together, they asked Him saying, “Lord, will

you at this time restore the Kingdom to Israel?”

Throughout Christ earthy ministry He preached the word of God in the synagogues and in different cities,

telling people to repent from their wickedness, healing those that He sovereignly selected or that were

brought to Him from all manner of disease, forgave others for their sins.

Kingdom= realm, empire, monarchy, domain (Webster’s)

Kingdom of God/ Kingdom of Heaven= a kingdom is a territory ruled over by a king (Jesus is king of Kings and

Lord of lords) considered to be a place where Gods reign is complete. (The student bible dictionary)

Restoration= the act of repairing, recovering or rebuilding

Genesis 1:26-28- Creation of man (created by God and for God)

Redemption= release that occurs when a price is paid (the student bible dictionary)

Why were the acts of redemption necessary? Genesis 3:21-24 The Fallen KingdomAfter the fall Adam was put out of the garden and the way was blocked by the cherubim and a flaming

sword so that they would not have access to the garden to eat of the tree of life. The enemy had crept in

because of the weakness of man’s flesh and dismantled the harmony and peaceful life that God had

created for His creation on earth. God’s Earthly Kingdom had been disrupted.

Restoring the kingdom: Jesus has called us to do more than feed the hungry, visit the sick, give to the poor

and clothe the naked, it’s more than that!

How do we restore the kingdom? Acts 1: 8; Matthew 10:1; 5:8

*Must have faith (Hebrews 11:6) (Hebrews 10:38)

*The church/ Believer must have Power and walk in it. (Acts 1:8)

*Healing, casting out demons (Matt. 10:1)

*Carriers of the word (Matt. 10:5-8)

Messiah= Anointed one, the ruling King or coming Savior, Christ (Student bible dictionary)

Liberty= Physical, mental, and spiritual freedom (liberate= to be made free)

(Student bible dictionary)

See what Jesus has left us to do is greater than us all, and it goes past any of our own desires, past our own

needs to the restoration of souls back into the kingdom of God. Jesus went about his earthly ministry with a

few chosen people, that they may witness His ministry, learn from His teaching of the word and therefore

have the same love and compassion for the people as He moved in with no prejudice.
