The white sealant help fill in cracks in the concrete slab to prevent movement and cracks in the new terrazzo floor to be installed above.
The design team is researching on a safe method to clean the original marble walls.
New gypboard ceiling installation for the baggage area under Jackson Plaza has started.
The gypboard ceiling hides the mechanical and electrical distribution systems.

The grand staircase has been wrapped to prevent water intrusion prior to restoration.
Salvaged granite blocks will fill in the balustrade gap, steps will be set with precast terrazzo tiles, marble walls will be repaired and cleaned, and new stainless steel rails will be installed.
Restored historic windows under Jackson Plaza has been painted white.
