There are many more issues like complaint against AAP, spoken with DCP concerned for FIR against alloffenders, like wise Miss Soha Ali Khan case, no FIR lodged by the SHO, Pataudi nor Jhajjar Policeinvolve Miss Soha Ali Khan in black buck and hares poaching matter till date.

DRGPO/E/2011/00105 with DGP, Haryana:

On the euquiry it is found that offence U/S 120B IPC is not made out against Soha Ali Khan in Case FIRNo. 191 dated 05.06.2005 PS Jhajjar.

DCGRG/E/2011/00072 with DC, Gurgaon:

FIR Lodged and taking necessary action.

With the Ministry of Home Affairs:

Miss Soha Ali Khan managed with criminal conspiracy and got Arms License then Rifle was transferredillegally by her brother Saif Ali Khan, this rifle was misused by Nawab Mansur Ali Khan in a crime againstwildlife in Jhajjar. Soha Ali Khan misrepresent her case and concealed facts while renewal, in betweentruth was exposed, her Arms license was cancelled, her appeal was dismissed then I can't understand

that why Haryana Police protecting the offenders, complaint still pending with SHO, Pataudi, I will becompelled to move PIL in the court of law, if Haryana Police failed to lodge FIR against all offendersincluding Saif Ali Khan with in 7 days. It would be pertinent to mention here that Gurgaon Police andDistrict Administration adopted double standard and comes forward to defend Soha Ali Khan and Saif AliKhan along with tainted Police and District Administration officials responsible for crime against the setprocedures. SHO, Pataudi also be asked for delay in natural justice and he be placed under suspension,charge sheeted being a failure to perform his official duties.

Reply received on July 25, 2013:

The concerned District Magistrate has the authority to renew the licence. Therefore, the petition has

been forwarded to Secretary, Home Department, GNCT of Delhi vide this Ministry's letter No.V-11026/47/2013-Arms dated 24.07.2013 for appropriate action.
